Why do I get noticed when I ask the boss's grandfather for pickled radish?...Feeling the harmful effects of monopoly, I ended up frying my own jjajang again today.Tried again in 2024 - pickled radish was self-serve and the cashier seemed to have become just a part-time worker, but they were appropriately friendly and the taste was just right. Good

Paik's Noodle is an Austin gem in the heart of HMart! My favorite is always the Jajangmyeon - it's the perfect blend of savory and sweet, with bouncy noodles soaking up the delicious sauce. I also am a fan of the crispy-fried sweet and sour pork. I think it's fried in tapioca or rice flour which gives it a fluffy and airy outer coat. We also got the fried chicken wings and fried rice. Overall, it's definitely one of my favorite places to go!
