“As you have probably noticed this is an extremely popular area of Texas. This Long Horn Steakhouse is very popular. The wait can be pretty lengthy for dinner. However, it is convenient that your small group can wait for an opening at the bar where they serve their full menu and you can watch the game. Our wait time was going to be about one hour so the three of us took a spot at the bar. The bartender was friendly and took good care of us. The only downside was that the bar was never wiped down between guests and our son accidentally knocked his water glass over and nobody ever cleaned it up while we were there finishing our meal. That was a little gross. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and spending time together after a long hard work week.“

“The Saltgrass Steak House Manager Brittany is awesome. She always greets us with a smile and treats us like family. Because of her smile and kindness we have returned many times and always have great service. The manager Brittany always remembers the waiters that I have said were awesome and always gets me a table in their area.“

Loved the service and atmosphere our family went there last night for my husband's birthday. My filet was not tender and the cook on outside of the filet was very tough. The lobster tail was over cooked and tough and very small.“

“Wow! I had the pleasure of having Tawny be my server and the entire staff was amazing. We were there to celebrate my best friends engagement on 8/23. Clearly our experience left an impression and impact as it is September and I am still able to recall at least one of our servers name. They were accommodating and extremely helpful. I have been telling everyone I can if they didn’t have plans to visit they should! Management was responsive and great to work with, especially Kelbie who is the event manager, just amazing! Thank you all soooooooooo much for everything and if/when I am in the area I will definitely have to visit again.“

“I'm stoked there's an Estancia in Leander! Came with a friend for dinner. Amazing experience! The decor is stunningly modern with an incredibly 60s classic feel. Every single staff member is kind, friendly, and welcoming. Our server David was an absolute delight! The food is endless and delicious. Clean restrooms, perfect lighting and some of the best music mix I've heard in a restaurant.“

“We had reservations for 6pm at the bar for a party of 4. Upon arriving at 5:50pm, we checked in for our table. We waited for 30 minutes to get our table. I asked how much longer would we have to wait and were told the party at our table was just now being served desserts. This indicated to us that we would have to wait at least another 20 minutes to get our table that we reserved in the bar. At this point. we requested to be seated in another dining area. We were promptly seated in the small dining room adjacent to the bar. The service we received in that dining room, table 202 was excellent. Gabriel was very attentive and an excellent waiter. The food was excellent. The only reason I cannot give a total 5 start rating is the mishap with our reservation in the bar. We have been to Eddie V's many times and have never experienced such a huge delay in being seated, especially given that we had a reservation.“

“My son had been craving steak for a long time so I took him to Longhorn Steakhouse. The wait staff was great, my son got the Flo's Filet and I got a sirloin and loaded baked potato. The steaks were perfectly done and delicious. We both left full and happy!“

“Excellent food, so many draft beer options.. get on the wait list early on the weekends, it can be a little bit chaos around dinner time.. Meat bones for the puppies if you're lucky 😉 also, though the music is great, I didn't enjoy yelling at my friends across our table“

“Very good experience. Service was great. Suggested substitutions we didn't know were available by just reading the menu. You don't have to get the salad if you don't want a salad. Wait staff was attentive. Chicken was tender and well seasoned.“

“Angelica, was our server in July for my birthday and my goddaughter's birthday. Both times service was outstanding the calamari is amazing and the steaks sooooo good, I have never had a steak that tender before, Angelica made suggestions for my Goddaughter and she tried calamari for the first time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“
