I waited a hour for some fries and I didn't even get them
Black girl with colored(pink or something) in front needs to learn to smile and speak. You're in customer service honey! Came in July 29,2026 around 7pm.
Cesar greeted me when I walked in & was very hospitable & accommodating. The lemon pepper fries are sooo good!

At Wingstop, the staff are cool and the food is always banging! The 24 pc bone-in wing combo with fries was hot and flavorful, just right. A cashier named Rayne impressed a customer with her excellent service. Recently, a customer was thoroughly impressed on their first visit, noting that the food is fantastic and service was great, even receiving an extra tender for free. On June 12, 2025, at this Round Rock location, the wings and fries were perfect, with the staff being friendly and the food ready on time. Despite being busy and crowded, the place offers good food, typical of Wingstop, although the high volume of delivery and pick-up orders can lead to long wait times, sometimes up to 1.5 hours. Wingstop remains a trustworthy spot for delicious food, despite occasional busyness.
