“I just want to take a moment to recognize Alaysia for being absolutely amazing during my visit to Subway. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and a genuine smile. She made me feel welcome, cracked a few jokes, and turned what could’ve been an ordinary stop into a great experience.
The store was immaculate — everything was clean, well-prepped, and super organized. You could tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers.
Her customer service was truly top-notch — so much so that I gave her a $15 tip! It’s rare to come across people like Alaysia in food service anymore. She’s professional, friendly, and simply a joy to talk to.
