“My family has lived in Saginaw for over a year now and we decided to try Joes. Random craving for some Italian food… and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Service was great, food was DELICIOUS, and the staff was just soooo friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!!“

“I just need to brag on these dudes a second. Made an online order for my JROTC student, he and his friends were supposed to walk across the street at 615 after practice to eat before the meeting at 7. He calls me at 5 telling me that the Sargent said they can't leave at all. Pizza is paid for . Called these guys up, let them know I messed up and needed that pizza within like 10 minutes. Super helpful. Super understanding. It was ready in 7. Fantastic customer service skills and great pizza to boot. You can't ask for a better combination. Thank you Marcos. Y'all saved the world from 3 hangry teens tonight, and were happy to help!“

“The only reason the atmosphere gets four stars instead of five is because let's face it's a Little Caesars. But I've yet to get a bad pizza from there and I've even had the general manager call me to make sure my order was correct which is unheard of in today's fast food market.“

“I moved near to here about 10 years ago now, and this was the first place I tried. I love the food, the service, everything about this place is phenomenal. They’re extremely consistent, and I’m not joking when I say after 10 years of ordering from them I have never had a wrong order, or subpar food. The food is delicious, the employees are great, and it’s cheap! It would be a task to try to find quality Italian food for even this price. An absolute golden find.“

“Three of us friends arrived at the restaurant and sat on the patio due to the fact that it was a lovely evening. The wait staff came out and brought us our food and I believe at one point the manager also came out and greeted us. We had some very typical dishes, spaghetti, garlic bread, and my friend had another Italian dish. One friend had wine and two of us had a mixed drink. Our bill came out and it was quite expensive. So we talked about how we did not feel like the price matched the quality or the taste of the food/drinks. I do hope that this local restaurant will make it. I do love supporting a local restaurants. But I was not wowed by the quality or the taste of our Italian food. I hope somebody else has a better experience otherwise. The wait staff was lovely. The environment was lovely and the effort is beautiful.“

“We were really hoping this would be great as it is relatively close to us. We thought it was decent and that’s about it. Very friendly staff and clean dining room for sure. Average to good pizza. Wings were big and meaty, Buffalo sauce was rather plain.“

“Ohh my YUM! We’re from Missouri & came down for the Cotton Bowl (MIZ-ZOU!!!!) and happened to drive by this place. We had garlic cheese bread, spaghetti, pizza, and spaghetti with meatballs. Let me just say, if this place would freeze and ship us food, we would absolutely order it! Do yourself (and your belly) a FULL favor & stop in! Tell Adam we said hi & are already planning our next trip to Texas & making sure Joe’s Pizza & Pasta is our first stop!!!“

“Small restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating; 5 tables inside. The food was outstanding. The service was incredible and I loved being able to peek into the kitchen through the window to see your food being made right in front of you. I ordered Tricolore and it was penne pasta with spinach and tomatoes with a white sauce. It was good, but not 10/10. My husband ordered Gambrini (I might be spelling it wrong) and it was out of this world. The focaccia and the balsamic vinaigrette were also amazing, We will absolutely be back!

Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetarian options. I'm not vegetarian but I don't eat a lot of meat. I chose a vegetarian plate (Tricolore) and was happy with it. My husband ordered a shrimp dish (Gambrini) and I didn't try the shrimp, but the pasta was out of this world on his plate.“

“Honestly, we loved eating at Joe's until last month. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“Our daughters recommended we celebrate our anniversary here. We had an amazing experience! Everything was superb. The entire staff was very friendly. Our waiter Caleb went above and beyond! The manager Cathryn, chefs Landon and Frankie made sure they added a special touch to our anniversary dinner. The food is bursting with flavor. The appetizers are so delicious I couldn't stop craving more. The Tiramsu was a perfect bow to a wonderful presentation. We will be returning soon to try the Charcuterie Board. Note: I usually don't crave Italian food. The prices are very reasonable.“

“Worst restaurant experience I’ve Ever Ever had in my almost 45 years of life. Worst and most unprofessional staff you will ever come across in Saginaw I promise. I give this place 6-8mths tops before the doors closed based on the unkept signs and building facility. Do Not Do Not waste your time or money here….Rude Rude Rude People no one who works there seems happy and it shows so here we go.. Read Below Entirely for the truth bout this place. So I came in with high hopes for this restaurant and when I first arrived it seemed like your typical whole in a wall restaurant which I love. As we walked in the staff barely greeted us like we were disturbing their evening. The waitress brought us to the table but was very cold instead of warm and welcoming like you expect from an Italian family type restaurant. Of course you gotta get a salad so I did but I asked for croutons and 20 min later I had to go to the kitchen myself and get them. Then our food comes out I got the saltiest not just lasagna but the salty saltiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat it and I was starving but the major fumble was then I had to ask for bread that’s supposed to come with the meal that would never happen at Olive Garden I mean this place can’t even give you the bare minimum on customer service. Now the next part is the kicker now keep in mind I still paid for my meal obviously everyone from ownership to management to staff does not care and doesnt carry that true Italian passion you get from other Italian restaurants. And as we left the staff said thanks for the 1 star review my reply “you welcome and you get what you deserve” then an argument insued… Do Not Do Not waste your money or time here they already got my donation hope it helps them make improvements because based on all these reviews the people of Saginaw deserve better than this much better than this. Don’t Support this Place until they are willing to listen to the people and make changes…“

“We have been here many times and usually go for my birthday. It’s the place I always pick. It never disappoints. It’s a small restaurant that doesn’t care about mass producing food to serve high volumes of customers. Everything is extremely fresh and is prepared by the order. Yes, it’s more than all the bad chain restaurants, but you get what you pay for. I’ve had the quail, Buffalo mozzarella, and Italian sausage appetizers. They are all so good it’s hard to choose. I’ve had fish, multiple Buffalo cuts, the filet, ribeye, bone in ribeye, etc. it’s all amazing. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Stopped by with a family member, after taking our kids to Gammil Park and we were super impressed! It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious! Definitely excited to go back and bring friends.“
