“Joe's in Saginaw has been our go to place for pizza for a while. A nice New York style crust. Recently, we started dining in. Great friendly atmosphere with many excellent dishes to try. The owners are very nice. The garlic cheese bread is excellent. Chicken parmigiana is one of my favorites.“

Made an online order for my JROTC student, he and his friends were supposed to walk across the street at 615 after practice to eat before the meeting at 7. He calls me at 5 telling me that the Sargent said they can't leave at all. Pizza is paid for . Called these guys up, let them know I messed up and needed that pizza within like 10 minutes. Super helpful. Super understanding. It was ready in 7. Fantastic customer service skills and great pizza to boot. You can't ask for a better combination. Thank you Marcos. “Driving home, we noticed a new place we had never seen before and we couldn’t resist a stop. It’s brand new and very clean with nice TV’s, a beer/wine bar, and most importantly, an extensive menu. There was so much to look at, we asked for recommendations. We landed on a meat lover’s pizza, which is always a good place to start, and chicken piccata, which was a favorite of the server. It’s one of my favorites, so also a good test. Pizza and a pasta entree combo was a great way to try multiple sides of the menu.
Both turned out to be very good. In fact, the piccata was absolutely wonderful and we both loved it. I hope these guys do well and recommend you try it.
Prices are also very reasonable.

“My wife and I both had dinner here Saturday. This was the second time we had been there. We both very much enjoyed our meals there. My wife and the chicken cacciatore and I had the pasta trio. The chicken was fresh and cooked perfectly. My pasta was al dente with great tasty marinara sauce and masorella cheese. We both enjoyed meeting Cynthia as she accommodated me walking into the restaurant. The prices were very reasonable also and the service was great. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

“We had an amazing experience, we walked though the bakery and the gentleman walked us over and explained sitting arrangements going above and beyond his role. Hagen was our server and he was incredible, walked us through the menu with passion for what this restaurant provides. The food was amazing and we especially loved the presentation of the meatball Farris wheel. The bread was delicious , appetizers, and entrees. “My family and I ate here for a special graduation event and I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! Family friendly, great food, and soooo personable! They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. And he is half Italian that comes from a family that is pretty picky when it comes to Italian food. Great experience and I highly recommend it! 5 stars!“

“Worst restaurant experience I’ve Ever Ever had in my almost 45 years of life. Worst and most unprofessional staff you will ever come across in Saginaw I promise. I give this place 6-8mths tops before the doors closed based on the unkept signs and building facility. Do Not Do Not waste your time or money here….Rude Rude Rude People no one who works there seems happy and it shows so here we go.. Read Below Entirely for the truth bout this place. So I came in with high hopes for this restaurant and when I first arrived it seemed like your typical whole in a wall restaurant which I love. As we walked in the staff barely greeted us like we were disturbing their evening. The waitress brought us to the table but was very cold instead of warm and welcoming like you expect from an Italian family type restaurant. Of course you gotta get a salad so I did but I asked for croutons and 20 min later I had to go to the kitchen myself and get them. Then our food comes out I got the saltiest not just lasagna but the salty saltiest food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even eat it and I was starving but the major fumble was then I had to ask for bread that’s supposed to come with the meal that would never happen at Olive Garden I mean this place can’t even give you the bare minimum on customer service. Now the next part is the kicker now keep in mind I still paid for my meal obviously everyone from ownership to management to staff does not care and doesnt carry that true Italian passion you get from other Italian restaurants. And as we left the staff said thanks for the 1 star review my reply “you welcome and you get what you deserve” then an argument insued… Do Not Do Not waste your money or time here they already got my donation hope it helps them make improvements because based on all these reviews the people of Saginaw deserve better than this much better than this. Don’t Support this Place until they are willing to listen to the people and make changes…“

“Truckers Pay Attention: If making a delivery to Lockheed Martin, and U have have, come check this place out!! We also had someone, who I believe was a manager, come by to check on us and he even brought our drink refills while our server was busy with other tables. “Best traditional Italian in town. Great wine list, veal, bison, quail, soft shell crabs. People who judge the restaurant by driving through the parking lot need to be ignored. They don’t know what they’re missing, but then again they prefer Olive Garden. There is a reason reservations are preferred, they’re full on weekends. Dress code is to maintain a certain atmosphere as it is somewhat more expensive. The room is quiet enough to have a conversation. Many repeat customers create a coomunity environment. The restaurant and Carlo will be missed“

It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious!
