I never usually have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A but yesterday was very unpleasant and unfortunate. I waited almost 14 min for a ice coffee and that’s all I ordered on the mobile app the location wasn’t busy like it usually is on the weekends. Just overall disappointed

I just want to give a shout out to all the employees working the evening of the receipt meal. Everyone was working so fast and tirelessly to fill order in a timely manner. I want to give a special shout out to Ari. She was very kind and kept checking on orders for people waiting, and she did it with a smile.
