“This location introduced me to the salted caramel oat milk decaf iced latte. I have been to no fewer than four other locations and this location by far does it the best. You guys should really go teach the other locations how it’s done! Delicious!“

“I contemplated writing this review because I am a repeat drive thru customer and for the most part I've had decent service... however I went in today for an experience and got one, but not in a good way. I saw pictures on your site of coffee art and went in for a cortada hot drink as I've never had this. I also asked for recommendations on FB and was told this was the place. I asked the cashier if this drink can be made(she was very friendly) and also said I DID NOT want a styrofoam cup. She stated she could not do the art but asked the barista if she could. She came back and said ok and even went over the cup it would come in since we would be drinking our drinks there. She recommend a latte with art instead of a Cortada which I agreed on. The person I went with got her drink pretty quick. It then got pretty busy and my drink was called about 15 min later but I didn't see it there. All I saw were to go drinks. The barista then handed me a styrofoam cup. I told her it was supposed to be to drink to have there with coffee art. She looked at me, grabbed a coffee cup, and poured the to go drink into the cup and said "I can't make it now because I already made it" so I said.. that's the reason I came, was for this specific drink. She then said something like "Just so you know, not everyone is capable of doing coffee art". My question.. Why was I just not told no in the first place so we could have went elsewhere. I didn't even get a sorry, nothing. If she had said, hey I'm sorry, I couldn't do the art, or I messed up on your drink and made it to go I woulda said ok, it's cool but naw, bad customer service. Even the lady behind me gave me a wow look.“

“First time at this new location. I was in and out very quickly. The barista even brought my drink to me where I was sitting and waiting. That’s why decided to leave a review lol. She caught me off guard but she was very pleasant and wrote Thank You on my drink.“

“Nestled in the Market Street store, this Starbucks is a wonderful surprise. They are friendly,and timely. The seating area is spacious. The store has a selection of cups and other merch. It's a great experience to ship and sip your favorite beverage. They have a full menu with drink and treats. My drink was wonderful!

“I stumbled upon Cold Smoke San Angelo by chance and knew right away it would be the perfect spot to take my business partners. I'm so glad I went back! Stepping inside felt like walking onto a movie set. I love the rustic, almost cabin-like atmosphere—it’s cozy and inviting. Even my business partner, who's a true coffee snob, was impressed. As an introvert, I found the whole experience perfect.“
“This Starbucks is on the Angelo State campus. Bought four drinks and they were out in a snap. Too often at other Starbucks, I'd have to wait a long time for my drinks, but not here. Asked questions about their "cloud" drinks and my cashier answered with a smile and was very helpful.“

“We love Nobilitea! I love the sweet mint with a scoop of blueberry boba. During the fall the sweet maple pecan is amazing! I love the fun energy teas with each season. I do miss the Texas Bluebonnet that use to come out in the spring/summer menu. My son loves going in and playing whatever tic tac toe game they have for the season.“

“When I come through town I usually stop at this Starbucks location using either the drive thru or mobile pickup. I went inside the store for the first time a few weeks ago. Tory was working the register and she was absolutely A-MAZING. She was so nice and so patient and introduced me to a drink NO ONE at Starbucks had ever told me before. I told her what I normally ordered but wanted something similar but would like it to be decaf. She said no problem this is we we can do. I said O.k. sounds good! That evening I ordered 2 different drinks the new drink and caramel macchiato no ice. Logan made one while and the other was made by Aiden. I did not taste them until after we had left the parking lot. We had a few places to go but I had my husband drive me right back to this Starbuck so I could tell each one of them in person these were the ABSOLUTE BEST Starbucks drinks I've ever had. They made them exactly the way I was wanting. They were both total perfection!! I just so happened to be back in town on Thursday and the only one of the 3 from the previous visit, working was Aiden. He remembered my caramel addiction and said I've got you and he made both drinks himself and once again 100% A-MAZING. Thank goodness he was there. There were 2 other people working with him but the one with the long hair didn't even acknowledge me when I came in the store as well as the other guy that came from the back/side. But Aiden was so friendly so nice he took my order and made both drinks. I would have liked to have left him a bigger tip but I knew he'd have to share it with the 2 employees that were very inattentive and completely ignored me. Thank you Tory, Aiden and Logan for the best Starbucks experience!!“

“Ever since I stopped by drive thru window for a couple glazed,I was very satisfied with perfessional attitude,works in timely manner to complete order,and I did look around inside shop.i was impressed on that aswell.We go by close to a daily basis and for the last 6 mths. I definitely recommend this place.Oh and every donut,cinnamon roll,kolache,etc I've tried,I'm happy with great taste“
