I went through the drive thru for the first time ever at this location and it was a horrible experience. I pulled up and at first the lady wasn't rude at all. I placed part of my order and she told me " hold on ". when she came back in she said, " can I help you?" to which I repeated what I had originally ordered and finished ordering the rest of my meal. Tried giving us wrong mobile order. Then Liza, the manager, said they had no record of our order and walked away. Still awaiting a refund and call from the store...
Very disappointed in how I was treated on my last visit. Would love to visit with upper management about it!
