I went through the drive thru for the first time ever at this location and it was a horrible experience. I pulled up and at first the lady wasn't rude at all. I placed part of my order and she told me " hold on ". when she came back in she said, " can I help you?" to which I repeated what I had originally ordered and finished ordering the rest of my meal. It was busy. Food is just not as good as it used to be. It wasn't even hot food it was Luke warm. Figured being lunch it would be hot.
