Extremely poor customer service from the wait staff. The present themselves as if the really don’t give a damn about customers. They lie about having certain items, just to avoid getting the item. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality. Taste is very lacking! Compared to cold old pizza; get the pizza! Save your time and money!

Charged my card extra tip money without permission. I get that they should be able to charge whatever they want in an area that is supply and demand, but not additional money beyond the tip amount I wrote down.

$40 for 2 beers. Astonishing.

Don't even try to get breakfast here. They are understaffed, at least in the morning, and incredibly rude. I'm always struck by how nice people in San Antonio are. Not here! We went to Starbucks instead, even though we had two hours to burn.

Wrong order, burger was not great (ordered a mushroom swiss which came with minimal mushroom and swiss), second beer came in a visibly soiled glass. Prices were high even for an airport restaurant. Honestly, if there were anywhere else to grab a beer while stuck in the San Antonio Airport I would have gone there . Saving grace, waitress was nice. Would not recommend unless you are stuck here and even then, this is sad

Would be better if I didn’t have to listen to the bartender and manager talk trash about every employee that works there the whole time. Thanks to them, I know all about how terrible of a leader Maria is and the new server swears they come with experience but act like they have no idea what they’re doing. Thanks for the entertainment!

Best spot in terminal B. Great drinks, burgers, and the best breakfast tacos! It is pricey, but so if everything inside an airport. Oh, and espresso is way better than SBux….

Menus are online order, app was down internet was weak….. What the heck?! I felt terrible for the server as everyone was complaining that their Online bill would not load to even pay. Management needs to support their team. They are loosing valuable tips due to a lack of leadership support. Give your people the tools to be successful. Good burger weak infrastructure, go somewhere else.

Is it the best food even at the airport, no. Whataburger is in terminal A and the city got rid of chick fil a, but Sharron is here and the place that sales coffee that isn’t Starbucks is great. Better than Starbucks honestly.
