Came in around noon on a quiet weekday, and the bartender ignored me for at least 10 minutes or longer. When i finally decided to get her attention, she continued to talk with another customer. After being rude and walking over to take my order, she had a terrible attitude as well so i decided it would be best for me to just leave. People like her should not be in the business of bartending especially in the airport.👎🏾

Had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and it was tasty! Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly.

I first say at the bar and had no service.
So I picked a table hoping that might stir one of the three waitresses looking at their phones to serve me. It worked!
Drink was good, food was good. Then came time to pay and my waitress was sharing tik toks or something with the other girl.

Joanne is a great bartender. Fast, efficient and welcoming with warm aloha. The burger was excellent, by airport standards. The fries were good. I will definitely be going again next flight out of SAT. It's a small space, but there are multiple sports on multiple screens and the vibe is chill.

3x visits, today I walked out. Staff always seems annoyed customers exist. Food is ok, but overpriced. I can get over the food, it's an airport, but not the repeat customer service of a rock.

Depressing and unfriendly service. You could cut it with a knife. Took my wife and boys for a burger before our flight. This terminal doesn't have much as it is. This place is old, dirty, and way overpriced. Really sad.

Horrible service
Kitchen closed at 515pm on a Thursday
And they tell you this with a smile after you’ve sat down to order. Go anywhere in the airport but this place
Burgers are good, fries are meh! Service needs a revamp. Interacting with the staff always feels like you're interrupting them.
Delicious breakfast made QUICK! It was impressed with how quickly and fresh the breakfast was. Thank you for the amazing service and meal. I got the 2 egg platter. Delicious!
These ladies suck. I live here, travel a lot will avoid like the plague. I’d rather have a drink at my mother’s funeral… I’d have a better time.
If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst $20 burger I’ve ever had. Tasted like the buy in bulk patties you can buy from Walmart. Found out the hard way that for $20 you don’t get any kind of a side and not to mention the waitress was so obsessed with her phone that I couldn’t even get her attention to pay the check. Who allows there waitresses to use AirPods while they work? The greatest part of it all was the waitress brought me a beer that was room temperature. Terrible service and terrible food. I fly out of SA a lot and I will never go back to this place.
