Great beer cool atmosphere
Much to be desired. Hoping the change in ownership brings this place to spending that is unique and utilizes the unique space.
Free parking, local vibe and decent priced beer.
Could def use a kitchen and some livening up.
They screwed up logistics on rollout then only re stocked San Antonio and then now confirmed by them and HEB are waiting on their can supplier for 1 September meaning mid September yup San Antonio gets re stocked first and if anyone is lucky some cans might make it out. This isn’t a beer supplier or brewery this is just a bar while their website says restocking ongoing this week which isn’t true when you don’t have any cans. Sadly they missed their nostalgia mark and their COO and Chief marketing Officer suck. Not even a tracker on their website. Not going to even look for it any more. If I see it I’ll pass. No wonder they are experienced at only one thing. Bankruptcy.
False advertising. They said Alamo beer is going to be in H‑E‑B on July 28th but it never showed up. I went to the 5 H‑E‑B that day and they said the same thing that they never got the Alamo beer with no reason why it never showed up. I tried messaging Alamo beer on an update but no response from them. On their facebook page still not giving us update or explanation on why the Alamo beer never showed up to the HEB store. We want answers Alamo beer
Ist time here. Came to support the food vendors on a Sunday afternoon. Fine and Dandy Lion food truck serves the best refreshing natural drinks. Alamo Brewery has always been my favorite brewery. Check them out for yourself!
We happened upon this brewery after taking family pictures at the Hays Bridge. So happy we did! Such a great location next to the skate park with great deals. They welcomed us in for bingo and trivia and made sure to include our two boys (8 and 5) to play. We will def be back for karaoke night when we come for our next trip to S.A <3
The bartenders are always happy to give recommendations and samples.
We always have such a great time here. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful if you are not sure what to try. The food truck they have on site. Food Truck Kings has some amazing delicious food.
We were recommended to come here by someone on the riverwalk and we were glad we took his advise. The location is in a slightly scary part of town but you can park right at it off Lamar street and once there it is a super nice location. They are dog friendly and while we were there we saw almost as many dogs as people. They serve their own beer which were of excellent quality. I would highly recommend making this place a stop if you are looking to check out San Antonio's craft beer scene. They also do live music in the outside space which was nice as it was not too loud.
Hidden gem here is worth a visit. Nice location under the Historic Hays St. Bridge. Plenty of parking (which is starting to be a pain in SA), huge patio, outdoor games with shade from the Hays St. Bridge, and a skatepark next door if that's your thing. Wifi available as well so I'll be back to meander through some work with a pint or two.
Beer was great and well priced. I got the Texas Juicy IPA which had a very punchy tropical citrus hit thay was very refreshing. My wife got the Hayz Street IPA, a more standard, less fruity, well-rounded Hazy IPA. Both were great, and we'll be back to try the rest soon.
The food truck outside hooked it up as well. I got a pulled pork sandwich that was excellent. My wife got the loaded Brisket nachos, and let me tell you... that brisket... world class. I'm not a potato salad fan myself, but my wife said it was the best she had ever had, going out of her way to tell the cook. Basically, everything on our plate was excellent.
Can't find a fault here, honestly.

Awesome venue, very spacious, has a stage for music, and a food truck on location good selection of beers at good prices, there is construction happening around the train tracks it’s next to, and they have roads closed because of that so it makes getting there a little confusing (you have to go around a road closed sign)
The beer was good, and they had a great deal going on with a case of cans to go. The food from Street Food Kings there was awesome. Highly recommend!
Golden Ale is an old favorite but really wasn’t expecting the new IPA to be so good! Hurray! Bartender is really nice
I had a great time here! Adam was an awesome bartender! I'll be back here, VERY soon!!
The place is very chill, and the beer I got (Ultimus) was really good. We got the giant pretzel with beer cheese, very nice. Across the place was a food truck were we got some chilaquiles with brisket 🤤, really vast and fulfilling, and a chicken quesadilla, very good as well. The only thing the place lacks is more advertisement
