Easy access and friendly service!
Placed an online order for a custom cake 5 days ahead of my sons birthday. Called the morning of the birthday and was told it was there and ready for pickup. I arrived and it was not there. All they could “do” was offer an already made cake. I took a fill in cake that wasn’t even close to what I ordered and asked them to write the same birthday message and that was even incorrect! I’m awaiting a call from management because I requested a refund.
