“I usually don't like burger king but this place is good poor workers there's only 3 working the whole place but they are killing it getting orders out quickly the interior was fairly clean despite the lack of employees bathroom was clean those poor three workers need a raise rushing around how they are“

“We came specifically for the Philly Cheesesteak burger, but it was no longer on the menu. The drive thru attendant checked and said they still had the ingredients to make them. That's above and beyond service right there. Much appreciated!“

“This is location in from of Sam's on 410.
I been a patron at this location for years more lately a I moved to the area. It was always kinda gangsta going in their till about a month ago. I mean it was bad. Homeless/ Transient people going in to argue with the staff, other customers coming in from drive through wanton to get into it with staff as well. And the staff would usually escalate rather than diffuse the situation. I can't tell you how many times it got rowdy in there.
But now I have been twice in a many weeks and the old workers are gone, there are some of the old faces but the majority seem to have been replaced.
I get than yous, anything else and smile when I go there.
I had seen the GM in there prior to this change and maybe he cleaned house. But man it is like night and day.
Keep up the good attitude and work.
I love Burger King and really enjoy having a safe experience rather than having to be on the defensive when I dine.“

“Only Burger King within 20 mile radius of my location. Nothing wrong with the food served, it’s BK. Although service is slow even if there’s no line. Can’t fault them, since upon pulling up the window, you can tell the staff are about HS age if not a little bit older. That makes a lot of difference in food service nowadays. With that said, this will not stop me from giving this location my patronage.“

“Extremely understaffed. I feel bad for this business, they gotta step it up with marketing, one guy is on the cook line. It's 6:30 PM FRI night, place is flooded with customers. At this rate it'll take a while for people to get their food“

“Stopped by for a quick, nostalgic Burger King grilled hamburger. They had the 3 for $7 special, so was perfect to try some old favorites for cheap. It was pretty empty, so was able to walk right up and order, then grab any table. Service was fast and friendly. They brought the food to the table when it was ready.

Ordered a Whopper Jr, Chicken Sandwich, regular fries, and Chicken Fries. I was able to see them freshly make everything and tasted good. The burgers were neatly out together. The grill taste of the burgers is always good. Was a good, nostalgic meal and experience.“

“Greeted at the counter by Rick handsome and FRIENDLY. After I finished my meal, went to the counter greeted by RICK again I was looking at the mini cinnamon rolls and the chocolate sundea pie. He suggested the pie. It was good and cold, I told him thanks for the suggestion“

“It's been a hot minute since I've eaten Burger King. We ordered 1 Large Whopper meal & 1 Medium, but we both got medium fries. The Whoppers were cold & the buns look smooshed but the flavor was there. That's my reason for only 4 stars.“

“Well cleaned store, employees are AMAZING only problem that was had was a homeless man tried to get into one of the managers faces and threaten her, although cops were called the only thing they did was ask that she close down her lobby for the safety of her and the other employees. I felt bad for her but she handled it very well, 10/10 for her.“

“I must admit that I have been steering clear of BK since 1999. Tonight my husband and I stopped there tonight because it was the only place on the way home. There were a few cars in the drive thru and about a dozen people in the dining room. There were only TWO employees working. We were greeted and tended to in a timely manner.
I have to say that I was blown away by our experience. My expectations were low. Even though the 2 employees were on an actively sinking ship, our food came out quickly, looked good and tasted so much better than we expected. Daniel came into the dining room to check on us! I don't think I have ever had that happen at a fast food joint. Daniel and his associate were very helpful and hospitable. I believe they both deserve promotions! To handle that situation so calmly and still make the food presentable... I'm super impressed!“

“We checked at 1020 PM and Google maps said it was closed. Drove by it was open. We got the $10 deal advertised on their marquee: (2) Whopper Jr.s with cheese or bacon, (2) small fries and (2) small drinks. Hubby ordered his with heavy pickle. The fries were fresh and hot, and burgers were made correctly, fresh and hot, too. The staff at the windows were friendly and helpful with our questions. She warned us that the fries were hot and to be careful.These were the best Burger King meals we have had in San Antonio since moving here in 2014. I used to be an Asst. Manager of a BK in the 90s in California. This meal tasted like when I used to make them myself. Finally, there are better burger options on the Southside!“

“I've been visiting this restaurant for years I can tell you that from then and now has really change from bad service to great service now the food is hot and fresh then before great job to the new team that's really putting in work .“

“i just went to this location at around 8 pm to pick up an order my mom had placed. the woman that helped me was lovely and super sweet! she seemed to be managing both headset and window on her own(?) and was super apologetic for me waiting only a few moments while she was attending to other customers (even though i didn’t have to wait long at all). her energy was very kind and warm. the order was already prepared and organized nicely in the bag, everything was correct and the portions were awesome, communication about a drink option not being available was immediate, i was in and out very quickly. it was probably the best service i’ve gotten here out of the maybe three times i’ve been. i regret not asking her name before i pulled off because i would’ve loved to mention her directly, but i can only hope she sees this and knows she’s doing a great job. i hope other customers appreciate the work she’s doing. ^_^“

“BK...I stopped into a Burger King in SA recently...near SeaWorld... don't recall the address, but the manager and entire team were so kind. I was struggling w heat exhaustion and just needed a clean place to pull over and have a small bite to eat. Their $.99 cheeseburger saved my life that day! Thanks, SA BK!!!“

“I ain’t even mad that I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Crescent, and I received this overcooked biscuit. The cashier (a lady) was very kind, friendly, and attentive. She had a very positive attitude and told me to “Have an Awesome day.” THIS lady is what customer service is about. Kudos to her. “Still cheap prices on things when place try to gouge you. I'll definitely come back and make BK a regular with these prices. 2$ for 2 tacos less then 2$ for 4 jalapeno poppers These prices we're good and even the prices for the burgers Warren insane like we're seeing at McDonald's and everywhere else show the jalapeno poppers where great value“

“Burger King is burger king. I love the whopper with cheese all day every day. I love the breakfast too. The coffee no joke will instantly make you go number 2 which is a good thing. The last time I went the two young kids were very friendly and made sure my order was right when I got it and made if I wanted ketchup - I loved that.“

“Some man came through the drive thru yelling at the lady manager because he forgot to tell her to take something off his burger( everyone could hear him yelling) the lady manager kept her calm even after he came back yelling calling her unholy names.
