Tayler had taken my order that day. She had the best customer service you could ever ask for. She was very nice and let me take my time she asked all the right questions and i felt very appreciated. Burger King as a franchise still has mediocre food, but this location has consistently gotten our orders right and provided freshly cooked meals. That's more than a lot of restaurants can say today.

“This location was severely under staffed, I believe they had 3 employees during dinner rush and they had long line in the drive thru so I went in thinking it be faster not knowing the shortage even though they had it rough they maintained a very good attitude. I didn't get her name but she was calm very attentive and never once said anything negative. Her customer service skills were awesome. I greatly appreciate an employee with a great attitude even when times get tough. That alone made my wait worth the wait.“

“Only Burger King within 20 mile radius of my location. Nothing wrong with the food served, it’s BK. Although service is slow even if there’s no line. Can’t fault them, since upon pulling up the window, you can tell the staff are about HS age if not a little bit older. That makes a lot of difference in food service nowadays. With that said, this will not stop me from giving this location my patronage.“

“The closing manager on 6/29/25 was absolutely outstanding! For some reason the app allowed me to place an order online after the restaurant closed. I showed up about a minute before they closed and while they were unable to complete my order fully The manager was extremely gracious in completing what they could at the time. We got the $10 deal advertised on their marquee: (2) Whopper Jr.s with cheese or bacon, (2) small fries and (2) small drinks. Hubby ordered his with heavy pickle.
