Fantastic food!!Such a shame they close after Dec 31 ?Hopefully when they open their new restaurant they will keep their awesome carnitas on the menu!!
Absolutely fantastic food, I always get more than 1 lb because we know later on we're going to eat it. Absolutely get the guacamole. It is worth every penny. They are closing at the end of the month which is a few days from now and is so depressing because they had the best carnitas I've ever had. You will be missed! So if you get a chance before the end of the year to go and visit, highly recommend highly highly recommend!
Such fantastic carnitas! We bought 2 lbs to split between 8 people, and we only need to add 6 additional corn tortillas because there was so much meat.Almost everything was gluten free! (Carnitas, corn tortillas, and beans were GF, for sure)They're closing down sometime between Dec 27-31. The waitress said that Chef Alex will be reopening next year with a different menu. Carnitas Lonja offers absolutely fantastic carnitas that are worth every penny. The restaurant is sadly closing at the end of the month, so make sure to visit soon. The food is outstanding, gluten-free options are available, and the service is great. Don't miss out on their delicious guacamole and generous meat portions. Looking forward to Chef Alex's new menu next year!
