“We have used The Board Couple several times and every single time they exceed our expectations. They are easy to work with, ensure quality of their products, are fully willing to work with you on what you want for your board, I cannot say enough positive things. We have used them for both holidays and game nights and there is always so much wonderful food that it lasts for the entire event. Everything they have put together for us has been stunning and our guests always ask for their information so they can also order from them. They are not only a wonderful business, but also wonderful and kind people. We had an unexpected death in the family and they worked tirelessly to help us reorganize our board delivery and set up with no complaints, they were more worried about us grieving than their time and energy! They were unbelievably sweet and we are so thankful. I can’t recommend them enough, truly, wonderful offerings and wonderful people!“

“If I could give 10 stars for service, I would! We hired Heavenly Gourmet for our wedding on 3/16/24 and it was an amazing experience all around! From the setup of the tasting to the actual wedding day, it was AMAZING! We went with the Heavenly stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies, and we got so many compliments on it! That poblano cream sauce is to die for! They also gave us a military discount (husband is USMC), and they threw in a free mac and cheese bar as a late-night snack if we booked within 72 hours. I called them a few weeks before our event and asked about appetizers because I hadn't figured out what to do for cocktail hour yet. They only charged for the actual appetizers, not extra fees for extra people or anything, and they were passed appetizers. They bring multiple people, so you don't have to worry about a thing. They helped with the cake cutting, they cleaned up plates and cups during and after dinner, and they even helped with venue clean up at the end of the night! This company goes above and beyond for their clients! I would 1000% recommend this company for your catering needs! They were easy to get a hold of whenever I needed anything, they were there on time, and stayed late!“

I ordered online for pickup and through no fault of the owners, the pickup time was for two hours after the order was placed ( so if you're wanting to pick up around the time you place the order id call). Although it was my mistake, the owner was very polite, kept contact, and was more than willing to make my order ahead of its online scheduled time and remained in good spirits! They handled the passed apps during the cocktail hour, a plated dinner with two different entrée options, several adjustments for dietary restrictions, cake cutting, and bartending for our 230 guests and did a stellar job. We worked with Sonya from our tastings all the way through our wedding day and she was wonderful. She even noticed that my husband was still up talking to guests after his food had been served, so she snagged his plate and brought him a new one that was still warm. “We just had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Don Strange of Texas. We had a small group of people and the turkey with sweet potatoes, Yukon potatoes, and stuffing was perfect. The green beans with peppers and onions was divine. We ordered the pecan pie as an extra and we made a great choice! We are hoping you will let us order for Christmas as well. Everyone was so incredibly respectful and even brought us plates as soon as we sat down. The food was so good and we were complimented on it the entire night. I ended up switching from a previous caterer to Daddy’s Smokin Shack because I was so impressed and had heard amazing things from friends and family. “We ran into Blanca’s Cake and Catering about 2 years ago at a quince expo. Ever since then my daughter has been raving about them, and this was just from a tasting. Then we hired them to do the cake and repostería at my daughters quince. Everything was perfect from the frosting to the cake to the cookies. I explained how we do not like frosting that is too sweet and a little bit whipped and boy did they come through. The wedding cookies were raved about through my family and the little matching colored desserts were a hit with all the teens. Would recommend a million times over.“
