Stayed at the Hyatt for a conference and had a Fun experience at Charlie's Long Bar. Staff are friendly and drinks/food were spot on. Add friendly crowds makes a great impression for visitors.
Cool history with this bar, it is the longest bar in Texas. A pool table, shuffle board, electronic dart boards, pinball, a few shooting games all awaits with many TVs for sports. It’s a little dark, so reading the menu was a little difficult but nothing the flashlight on your phone can’t fix. For a Monday evening, it was pretty busy. Stayed at the Hyatt for a conference and made it to Charlie's. Since we're in Texas, had to try something with brisket. Behold, the Texas Ruben...not your everyday sandwich, mind you. This gem was Texas sized with big tender pieces of smoked brisket, topped with swiss cheese, thousand Island and sauerkraut all on marble rye.
