“My macchiato w pistachio swirl was amazing! And my egg and sausage croissant was so yummy & fresh. I mean I don’t know all I know it was made just like I like it. The bread was Perfectly Charlie Brown “golden toasted”. ❤️ The coffee is so good here and the girl manager I don’t know who she is but every time I’m in the store she always is smiling greets you maybe the owner she is always there lol. Really friendly service 🙏 staff also I’ve never had a problem with the staff very prompt and happy so early in the morning 💕🌞“

Best customer service ..
They forgot to give me the hash brown when I pick up the order from my coworker and myself, but later I called District manager was so sweet. She gave me half a dozen free donuts for making that mistake and I got my hash brown and donuts will be back here… love it …. 😍 Amazing service. Thank you so much guys for taking care of us.

“This is the best Dunkin I have been too in a long time. When I walked in I was greeted right away and served very fast. She asked me how many shots of everything I requested and usually no one asks me that, they just put in whatever of what I requested. The barista was AWESOME today, great customer service. I will be back to this location“

“My experience in this Dunkin donuts has been by FAR THE BEST I have gotten since arriving to San Antonio. The marbach Location very rude ! Military location Very rude!! This Dunkin is amazing and they are so approachable and friendly your not scared to add that donut you want!! I recommend it 💯!!“

“I patronize more than one Dunkin location but tend to stick to this one. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. More often than not, they have the item I wish to purchase. I wish other customers would understand that if you choose to visit at night, they will probably not have the baked items you want or they will not be fresh. That should stand to reason as the baking is done overnight. I normally order the refreshers and my go to donuts are the chocolate cream and the chocolate glazed, which are both very yummy thanks to Nikki. She's the best.“

“The restroom here are ideal for a quick moment with your girl and there’s paper towels for her to clean off with afterward. However there’s a gloryhole in the men’s restroom and it connects to where the dudes make the pastries apparently because I stuck it in there every night for weeks and the same dude ‘s mouth was the SAME each night LOL“

“I needed a coffee fix pre-flight, and the Dunkin' kiosk set up in the "food court" area right by the main security checkpoint hit the spot. I only needed coffee, and it was served hot, and was exactly as I expected from Dunkin' (good coffee). There is general seating for the food court here, so I was able to do some work while enjoying my coffee. All in all, this did what it needed to do to feed my caffeine addiction!“

“I LOVE this dunkin, it's my favorite. The staff is soo sweet and attentive, and even though sometimes the new workers mess up on a drink, they always fix it for me with no hassle. It's always so clean in there, and their donuts are always feeling fresh :))“

“Honestly the employees were great but are obviously over worked. This location is way understaffed. 2 people to handle drive through and counter sales for both Baskin Robins and Dunkin?! That’s crazy, especially on a Saturday morning. Big shout out to Abby and Charlize for holding it together and doing so with a smile. I hope ownership and management truly value you as real assets. Wow, as I sit in store writing this review, someone older who I assume is management comes in (obviously late) after a rush and immediately started complaining and grilling these two hard working young ladies. “I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald's as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs. plain hash browns at $1.25....so that is a $2.74 difference. You don't get anymore hash browns and only the smallest sprinkle of cheese and bacon imaginable. A total scam. Although I didn't take a pic until after eating the couple hash browns on top, you can at least see that the hash browns on the bottom had no cheese on them. Unacceptable at that price. I also think the bagel sandwiches at almost $5 are also not worth the price since they're dry and there isn't a way to modify and add butter to improve them. Also, the hash browns are frequently in my bag broken into pieces making them hard to eat. I also think the add-on charge for whipped cream or caramel or cold foam at over $.55 for the miniscule amount you get is too high especially for an already overpriced drink as it is. Also, there should be a gluten free food offering in this day and age.“

“We had such a great experience today it was worthy of mentioning. Originally we had actually ordered at the shirts location, which was absolutely horrible. And we were willing to buy another coffee at this one because we need some coffee. And the employee here Cindy went way above and beyond and took care of us. Not only did she fix the other store’s mistake, but she remade the entire coffee and made sure it was to our satisfaction before we left. Really thought that was amazing customer service on her part. I never experienced anyone like that at Dunkin before this. Cindy deserves to be recognized as a great employee and values customers. Completely reversing our negative feelings towards the company as a whole.“

“This particularly Dunkin Donuts is the best. People are so nice and no matter what time I go, the sausage egg cheese breakfast in croissant is so delicious I mean perfect, never burnt, never smelling bad and the Kolache is so delicious and the coffee never ever tastes old. I’m so impressed And the young man with the green eyes is so kind and professional and the manager is lovely and never rude. It’s my go to place when I wake up late and I know that at 12:30 or 1pm I’m going to get the best breakfast through the drive through. Amen“

“i always order from here, i live in the apartments across the street. i won’t lie, the food is usually alright. not the best, but still good. they make some good drinks though!!! and the service has always been great. yall i ordered only 2 maple snack bacons, and they gave me 5!!! Nice surprise because theyre expensive for so little amount so i felt like i got my money’s worth and i gave some to the kids. I had to call and say thank you. They’re awesome and they’ll keep getting my business for sure.“

“Great experience at this Dunkin Donuts... got one of my favorite drinks, the Vanilla Bean Coolata, and some munchkins for the Family. Munchkins are standard fair at all the Dunkins, but making the Vanilla Bean Coolata is a bit of an art form with each location and employee who makes them having their own spin. Well this Dunkin was on point with their's and I'll happily be back for some more treats!“

“I love Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s my favorite place for breakfast anytime. Only thing is that I noticed that the gentleman (I believe it was the manager) that was preparing the sandwiches was NOT wearing any gloves. (Thousand Oaks location) Was very disappointed and a lil disgusted knowing I ordered a sandwich.
I think in the past that was a normal thing, but not nowadays. Today, I believe it’s required to wear gloves when handling food for the customers. And that’s why I’m not giving them the 5 stars. Other than that, they are very nice and polite. Attentive to the customer.“

“I enjoy the coffee rolls ! I just have to go early cause they run out , they are that good 😋 ! They are not to sweet they just melt in my mouth ! I put them in the microwave for like 15 seconds and get my coffee OMG delicious 😋. I have gotten some else where and when I chew them I have to keep on chewing there like gum they won't resolve ! “Super friendly staff. They pay attention to detail. I love the promos on the app, & that they don't nickel & dime you for some extras, like flavored syrups in your coffee. I've never been a fan of their donuts, I believe they're frozen. However, their muffins are moist & tasty (likely frozen, too, but not as noticeable).“

“We drive from 15 mins away to come to this Dunkin location because they have more in stock than the locations near us and the service (especially in the mornings) has been incredible. If they are out of something they are super friendly and personable. If you go early you can get jelly munchkins! Some locations in SA don’t have much in stock but this location is great!!
