“This is the best Dunkin I have been too in a long time. When I walked in I was greeted right away and served very fast. She asked me how many shots of everything I requested and usually no one asks me that, they just put in whatever of what I requested. The barista was AWESOME today, great customer service. I will be back to this location“
“i came to this location bc i was in the area . i went to order my drink and Janessa ( i hope i spelled her name right ) helped me with my order . it was obvious she was having a long, stressful, day. However, despite the chaotic and hectic environment, Janessa still provided me with exceptional service and even tried helping me find alternatives bc they were out of what I originally wanted. Handled everything with grace and a smile. Janessa deserves a raise!!! Would definitely come back just for her“
“Stopped by to get coffee after dropping my daughter off at school. Had some time to kill before work so I stopped by here to grab something fast. A young girl Leighton helped me. While I had ran into other employees, she was the first to greet me. As soon as she saw me, she greeted with a huge smile! When I asked for recommendations, she told me of a couple and told me her favorite drink as well. I was happy that she gave me options instead of pushing one drink. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me find a coffee that I’d like. I was overall more happy with the service I received. It’s first thing in the morning and Leighton really helped start my day on the right track with having such a positive attitude!“
“I needed a coffee fix pre-flight, and the Dunkin' kiosk set up in the "food court" area right by the main security checkpoint hit the spot. I only needed coffee, and it was served hot, and was exactly as I expected from Dunkin' (good coffee). There is general seating for the food court here, so I was able to do some work while enjoying my coffee. All in all, this did what it needed to do to feed my caffeine addiction!“

“The restroom here are ideal for a quick moment with your girl and there’s paper towels for her to clean off with afterward. However there’s a gloryhole in the men’s restroom and it connects to where the dudes make the pastries apparently because I stuck it in there every night for weeks and the same dude ‘s mouth was the SAME each night LOL“
“Look fast because you can miss this location, I had a bit of trouble finding the drive thru window, it's a bit tricky if you've never been there, the drive thru is behind several businesses, like an alley way, but my order was fresh and my drinks were made perfectly. I can say that this location is a gem and would more than likely go back and definitely recommend this place if you're in the area“
“I just left there. I ordered avocado toast and a regular coffee with cream and sugar. I just wanted to say whoever made my coffee, you're the best. I took a sip of it because usually I would have to add more cream or even sugar but this time it was perfect for me. Thank you so much! You actually made my morning better 😁“
“We had such a great experience today it was worthy of mentioning. Originally we had actually ordered at the shirts location, which was absolutely horrible. And we were willing to buy another coffee at this one because we need some coffee. And the employee here Cindy went way above and beyond and took care of us. Not only did she fix the other store’s mistake, but she remade the entire coffee and made sure it was to our satisfaction before we left. Really thought that was amazing customer service on her part. I never experienced anyone like that at Dunkin before this. Cindy deserves to be recognized as a great employee and values customers. Completely reversing our negative feelings towards the company as a whole.“
“This particularly Dunkin Donuts is the best. People are so nice and no matter what time I go, the sausage egg cheese breakfast in croissant is so delicious I mean perfect, never burnt, never smelling bad and the Kolache is so delicious and the coffee never ever tastes old. I’m so impressed And the young man with the green eyes is so kind and professional and the manager is lovely and never rude. It’s my go to place when I wake up late and I know that at 12:30 or 1pm I’m going to get the best breakfast through the drive through. Amen“
“I stop by here all the time, the best employees never last, today I forgot to order something and ordered at the window and I over heard the girl at counter making drinks, complain about it out loud enough for me to hear at window. Not cool, keep your frustrations to yourself, complain and vent NOT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS who have been coming here for years, way longer than you have been employed.“

“I really like Dunkin coffee. I appreciate that many of the specialty coffee drinks can be made with decaf unlike most other fast food restaurants like McDonald's as an example. I go to this location frequently and I have never had my order messed up. I am deducting two stars for the food because a certain percentage of the food items are way overpriced for what you get and some are literally a scam like the hash browns with melted cheese and bacon bits. It cost $3.99 vs. plain hash browns at $1.25....so that is a $2.74 difference. You don't get anymore hash browns and only the smallest sprinkle of cheese and bacon imaginable. A total scam. Although I didn't take a pic until after eating the couple hash browns on top, you can at least see that the hash browns on the bottom had no cheese on them. Unacceptable at that price. I also think the bagel sandwiches at almost $5 are also not worth the price since they're dry and there isn't a way to modify and add butter to improve them. Also, the hash browns are frequently in my bag broken into pieces making them hard to eat. I also think the add-on charge for whipped cream or caramel or cold foam at over $.55 for the miniscule amount you get is too high especially for an already overpriced drink as it is. Also, there should be a gluten free food offering in this day and age.“
“i always order from here, i live in the apartments across the street. i won’t lie, the food is usually alright. not the best, but still good. they make some good drinks though!!! and the service has always been great. yall i ordered only 2 maple snack bacons, and they gave me 5!!! Nice surprise because theyre expensive for so little amount so i felt like i got my money’s worth and i gave some to the kids. I had to call and say thank you. They’re awesome and they’ll keep getting my business for sure.“
“I love Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s my favorite place for breakfast anytime. Only thing is that I noticed that the gentleman (I believe it was the manager) that was preparing the sandwiches was NOT wearing any gloves. (Thousand Oaks location) Was very disappointed and a lil disgusted knowing I ordered a sandwich.
I think in the past that was a normal thing, but not nowadays. Today, I believe it’s required to wear gloves when handling food for the customers. And that’s why I’m not giving them the 5 stars. Other than that, they are very nice and polite. Attentive to the customer.“
“I wanted to leave a review for the Dunkin on Shaenfield because great customer service deserves recognition.
This morning they took my order in the drive-thru and asked me to park while they finished it. After about five minutes I realized my order hadn’t come out yet, so I went inside to check. That’s when it became clear my order had been forgotten — honest human error, and it happens.
What mattered to me was how they handled it.
The staff immediately owned the mistake, stayed calm and respectful, and got my order made right away. On top of that, they issued me a refund (which I never even asked for) and gave me an extra Wake-Up Wrap to make up for the wait.
I’ll also say this — even if I may have come across frustrated in the moment, the manager and staff remained extremely kind and professional the entire time.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin regularly for the past month since moving here, and they’ve never let me down. The team is always fast, respectful, and customer-focused. They genuinely make my mornings better.
I’ll absolutely continue coming back. Big appreciation to the staff here — you’re doing it right.“

“We drive from 15 mins away to come to this Dunkin location because they have more in stock than the locations near us and the service (especially in the mornings) has been incredible. If they are out of something they are super friendly and personable. If you go early you can get jelly munchkins! Some locations in SA don’t have much in stock but this location is great!! We will always come back! Thank you guys!! ❤️“
“This staff is the absolute best. Kind and friendly staff. My man Derek makes the absolute best bagels and is one of the nicest people there. Then you have the girl with the bandaids who makes the best coffee by far. I wasn’t a fan at first but this staff has made me do a 180. Absolute best dunkin I’ve been to, hope the full staff is given the proper kudos!

“I enjoy the coffee rolls ! I just have to go early cause they run out , they are that good 😋 ! They are not to sweet they just melt in my mouth ! I put them in the microwave for like 15 seconds and get my coffee OMG delicious 😋. I have gotten some else where and when I chew them I have to keep on chewing there like gum they won't resolve ! Service is fast even through the drive thru ! Thank you Oh I also like the Apple fritters! The price is fair for me everybody is rasing the prices !“
