My favorite dunkin location in the area. You guys rock! Service is fast and they communicate if they need a min on your order to park so they can bring it out. Other location just ignor. I have never had an issue with an order or tasting funny. If I see my coffee looks a tad darker they always adjust and never give me a reason that I bother.I have ordered at the wrong location in the past and this dunkin honored my drink since I was on my way to work. Thank you for working hard.
My daughter and I had to come and bring my truck for repairs at Caliber Collision, but we had to wait. We decided to come to this DD. I was pleasantly surprised. The young man that took our order was SUPER cordial and very professional. He also checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The food was fresh and our drinks were tasty! I would like to thank the gentleman, Assistant Manager for the help he provided to his District Manager today on 30 May at about 11:00 am to have his DM call me immediately while I was in a middle of an unfortunate incident at DD on 7272 Culebra. I was fortunate that I had her on speaker phone. I wish I had on speaker phone alot earlier. Thank you so much for your time and reaching out to the other DM to update the the situation.
