I ordered a large cookie online for my son's birthday to be picked up the next day. When I there today, at the time on my order, the store was closed. Online it says its supposed to be open from 1 - 7 today. There is no note on the door that explains why they are closed and I have my confirmation order email, but no email that says it had to be canceled. If you aren't open for business, then your store shouldn't allow online orders. I would have gone to another location...read full review
