Our rare disease nonprofit chose this hotel as an event venue for our first conference. We brought them over $50K in revenue, and there were a host of issues:
-The WiFi was abysmal in the whole place. Our event was to have complimentary WiFi, and this was not provided until we were halfway through the agenda. None of our devices were hardwired in as planned, leading to last minute conversion of files etc.
