A hotel restaurant that offers food. I should have known better. The pasta was rubbery with okay shrimp and some crisp green peppers. It took way too long to get someone to seat me. The food was bland and overpriced for the quality. The hotel is great and I had a great stay but skip the restaurant.
We came in for the boxing match and our stay has been nothing short of amazing!! From the moment we checked in, til the breakfast with a waiter Hilary!
I’ve had some pretty terrible waiters while we’ve been in town including the uber drivers, but she made our morning! It was a little wait because she was doing everything herself on the front line, but she rocked it!!
Thanks Hilary!
We discovered the restaurant by accident but had a tremendous meal. The smoked bacon was especially nice. Very friendly staff and Hilary was most attentive. Thank you for a great experience.

The Spur Texas Kitchen & Bar, located in a Hilton hotel, offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for dining. Known for their delicious and promptly served dishes, the restaurant features the best steak in town and amazing mac and cheese. Guests often enjoy a great breakfast with large portions, including omelettes, fruit, chicken and waffles, and the campfire breakfast. Service is friendly and quick, and the food is well cooked and warm when it arrives. The restaurant also has a convenient coffee bar area. While the staff, including servers like Hilary, provide attentive service, some guests noted that service can be a little slow due to a new system installation. Parking may be challenging because of ongoing construction, but the restaurant is worth a visit. Prices tend to be on the higher side, which is common in Texas, and there is a desire for more gluten-free and vegetarian options. Overall, many guests have enjoyed multiple visits, appreciating the food, drinks, and friendly service.
