Hotaru Sushi & Hibachi Reviews
We love their steak hibachi and all their sushi rolls really. They’d have random specials, and we really enjoyed the fried rice and fried noodles.
Excellent place!!
My wife and I went to Hotaru Sushi and absolutely loved the food. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Jared was amazing—he helped us choose the best dishes, and everything we tried was incredible. We will definitely be coming back!

Hotaru Sushi & Hibachi offers a diverse menu, featuring both sushi and hibachi dishes. The hibachi chicken, salmon, fried rice, and vegetables receive praise, while the steak and shrimp are reported to be subpar. The rainbow roll is a customer favorite, while the tsunami roll is not well-received. The filet mignon hibachi is described as delicious and perfectly cooked, with the lunch portion being very filling. Customers appreciate the creativity in food presentation, and the sushi chef is said to prepare innovative rolls. However, the restaurant is considered expensive, with a single roll costing up to $20. While the atmosphere is nice with comfortable seating, some find the temperature can be uncomfortably cold. Service experiences vary, with some customers mentioning the need for better guidance from staff. Overall, Hotaru Sushi & Hibachi provides a mix of positive and negative experiences for its customers, but many express interest in returning to try more menu options, including sushi and sake.
