“As someone who was born & raised out of state, I was excited about Gen opening up in San Antonio, TX.

We went tonight for dinner at $33 per person which included cooked meats, uncooked meats and appetizers. It’s $20 extra for premium meat options. They have a beautiful atmosphere.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ out of 5 for the service we experienced. We went around 8:30P. I believe our waitress was fairly new and they were more focused on cleaning. Understandable but it made it difficult for us to order more meats, water, etc.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 1/2 out of 5 for their food. They automatically bring out bowls of rice. They had some great cooked meats, uncooked meats and appetizer options. My only suggestion to them would be to list their menu differently. It can look a bit overwhelming to look at for those who are unfamiliar with the meats. Would not recommend as a first time kbbq experience due to this.“
