La Fogata Mexican Cuisine is a wonderful restaurant with fantastic food and service on another level. The food is delicious, hot, and just on point. Specific meals mentioned include the flours plate with delicious tortilla soup and an enchilada plate. The staff are wonderful and working hard. The hostess is so sweet, and servers like Amber and Jennifer are great and super helpful. Manager Daisy is attentive, with an eye on detail, making guests feel welcomed and ensuring they have what they need. The restaurant has a beautiful restaurant with a delightful ambience. Dietary restrictions are always adhered to with diligence. Customers come here multiple times a month and are welcomed back every time. The only complaint is that the enchilada plate did not automatically come with tortillas like most Mexican restaurants.
