If you’re looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food this is the place to go! I’ve been here many times, and each time I go the food never disappoints. The service, owners and overall atmosphere is good vibes and I definitely recommend if you want to try something new 😋 the migas plate and birria tacos are a 10/10, and they recently just started selling mangonadas and churros with Ice cream, so Im excited !!
Coworker told me he stopped here when he had to make a detour going to work and it’s pretty good. It is good better than the restaurants that are near my shop on Randolph this place uses real cheese not that Velveeta shit.

The cooks are consistent with every meal ordered, and the waitresses are great, attentive and friendly. The food is well-served and rich in flavor, including the delicious menudo, and is served with hand-made corn or flour tortillas. This small place is a hidden gem, with food cooked with love like grandma would, and very reasonable prices. The only downside is that it can be a bit dark inside, but customers will definitely come back again and again.
