Their drive through service is usually very great as well as the events they hold, but today we ordered a breakfast combo (which is my usual order) and was told the sweet tea it came with couldn't be substituted for unsweetened unless I went through the drive through, which was very long. Is that correct?
The employees are inexperienced kids. They seem to be very attentive. However I noticed the service was very slow, the lady that assigns your seat was away from her post a lot. And the crowds were waiting with most of the restaurant empty. It took a long time to get our food. Our waiter was nice . Also we got our menudo served to us with the garnishes on the base plate . Absolutely amazing restaurant and a crazy good price. We loved everything from the salsa to all of our entrees. Everything was so fresh! ❤️
Edit: To the managers response on my post. I absolutely agree! Fresh ingredients are what make a restaurant so so much better than the rest. Thank you for taking your art so seriously. 🙏🏻
