What a delightful little coffee shop! We only went to this establishment because a church we visited gave us a five dollar gift card, so we thought we should give it a try. The Loft is right off of Highway 281 and easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. My wife and I went for breakfast and we really enjoyed it. We had breakfast tacos. I had coffee and my wife had a hot tea. The tacos were very tasty and very full. The setting is Texas country style. It appears to have been a house with a a fireplace. It is right off 281 North and sits back far enough hidden behind beautiful Oak trees. There is plenty of seating inside and a nice size deck. They serve breakfast and lunch and prices are great.
