Yesterday morning, like every Sunday, me and my husband went to “Los Balitos Taco shop” located on 14103 Nacogdoches rd. And got some quesadillas and tacos, we got 2 beef quesadillas, 2 bacon and egg and 2 bean and cheese tacos. They gave us only one quesadilla and I had to go back and order it again, is always some trouble with the food on sunday mornings. Terrible service, I made an order to go, and the cashier, may be for Have breakfast, attend me with bad actitud and angry gestures. at Alamo Ranch.
Several times in a row I’ve had missing items or ingredients. I don’t know if they’re under the management or what the problem is but today they agreed to replace my order versus a refund and when I arrived to pick up my order, they said the manager only agreed to replace my missing item. While over the phone, Eduardo said he would replace the entire order and agreed that it was the right thing to do that. I’ve had so many issues on the past.
