So a friend of mine sent me a tik tok of someone getting food from here the other day. I have not had any real soul food in a while so i had to go check it out. I got there a little after they opened. They don't typically have a two meat plate but i told the waitress i wanted to try two different things so she got me a fried chicken plate and then a pork chop separate. I finally made it to Mama Lou's Restaurant. I was not disappointed, I had the OxTails , Mac and Cheese, Black eyed peas, Mash Potatoes and Corn bread. I felt like I was at my mom's house eating a home cooked meal.
Pam and Yanna helped us feel so at home! We got fried chicken, fried catfish - and oxtail to go!! If you don't come get you some of this - get in here quick, fast and in a hurry!!
