Wife and I did our usual weekend cheat day (Saturdays) to try another eatery place in San Antonio. We had our eyes set somewhere else but we decided to give Maple Street Biscuit Company a go instead! Place was hoppin' like we thought and there was seating available. Wife had the Hash Bowl in which she gave it an 8/10. I had the chicken & waffles. I gave it a 9/10. Been to this place a couple of times and i always order the same things Wich are the farmer biscuit wich the biscuit has a decent size to it and I also order the hash bowl which is very light in my opinion but very good and I can’t forget the orange juice amazing.
