Wish I took a pic, you wouldn’t believe this! Pickles, mayo and bun nicely wrapped up.. like what? I ordered a cheeseburger sub mayo for my kiddo. This happened late yesterday evening and I called to let the manager know; Adrian the manager didn’t even offer a remake until I asked for it. He apologized but just didn’t seem to care and didn’t bother asking my name. Come guys, seriously? Terrible service all around.
If I could rate them a zero, I would. My order is always wrong. I've learned my lesson, never going to this location again. Marbach and 1604 will have my business. Everyone at this location needs to be trained again or fired.

This place is probably great if you only go through the drive through.
DO NOT EAT INSIDE.
Drinks, ketchup, napkins, straws, everything is behind the counter.
You want a refill? That sucks, stand in line and wait for one .
They’ve also been instructed to not bring ketchup to your table unless you ask, so then you gotta wait for ketchup.
You can only order at the kiosk, there’s no menu posted.
Cannot stand franchises like this, really...read full review
