About McDonald's

McDonald's is a place where the staff, including the manager, provide great customer service, even in difficult situations. Despite some rude customers, the team remains professional and welcoming. The cashier, Lackaya, even made a group of boys smile by giving them a free item and encouraging them to do well in school. The staff at the window are always friendly and smiley, and they handle mistakes with kindness. One customer appreciated how the employees knew how to make their ice coffee correctly, which is unusual compared to other locations. When there was an issue with a drink, the staff apologized and fixed it quickly, showing good hiring choices. The team also greets customers warmly and repeats orders to ensure accuracy. However, there have been some problems with missing items in orders and quality concerns with the meat. Customers also noted that ketchup is not offered at the self-service island, and they had to wait at the counter for it. Several customers mentioned that some employees are very attentive and kind, especially Caitlyn, who always brightens their day and knows exactly how they like their order, including McCafe drinks. She handles situations well and is friendly with all customers, making her stand out. Overall, McDonald's seems to be a reliable choice for a quick meal with friendly staff who care about customers, though some managers are not always as friendly or attentive as the employees.
