awesome nice clean friendly atmosphere
This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire time of living .. not only is it not 24hrs like it says it is .. you have these sluggish employees that have no sense of urgency or work ethic .. I don’t know who hires these people or how they even qualify for any job but man without failure this McDonald’s has always let me down .. close this location it’s honestly sad that it’s still open .
Waiting 10-15 for a sandwhich had drink out and McFlurry they let us sit and it was melted already I went to try and notify staff to update me on the status and no one was paying attention multiple staff member were joking around messing on their phone then a third party which had nothing to do with me went behind counter and told them it better be made right since everyone slacking off and not doing their job they end up calling the police and throwing out my food thinking I...read full review

McDonald's is a busy place, but the staff, like Alyssa, are friendly and professional. The iced coffee is a hit, especially the caramel one. Recent visits have shown noticeable improvements, with shorter wait times, prompt service, and hot, correct orders. The staff, including a manager working with new team members in the evenings, seem committed to making positive changes. Despite some past issues with the coffee tasting burnt or bitter, recent visits have seen better quality, though some customers still prefer the original flavor. There have been occasional problems, like open Happy Meals delivered to the wrong car, but overall, the restaurant has been more efficient and customer-focused. Customers appreciate the effort to improve and are willing to give the place another chance for a quick meal.
