Wonderful ALL the way around!!! We have not been to this Silo location in some time! We will definitely return!! My husband had the Culinaria menu and I had the Priscutto wrapped sea bass with 2 jumbo shrimp on a bed of couscous....melted in my mouth!!
Food, wine and service were excellent. My husband and I were very happy with the appetizer, salad, soup and entrees that we ordered. All food was well prepared and served hot. The beef tenderloin and salmon were delicious. Their fried Brussel sprouts are addictive. Highly recommend. Nice wine selection. Restaurant is perfect for date night and celebrations. Nice ambiance. Would definitely eat here again.

The chef's innovative sauces and flavors are a highlight, and the attentive service ensures a satisfying meal. Guests have noted the upscale atmosphere, which is ideal for good table conversation. The ambiance is beautiful, although there is a mention of the distance to the bathroom. Some diners enjoyed sharing small plates, highlighting the fig salad, mussels, shrimp ala Plancha, and lamb lollipops. While some were disappointed by the absence of a raw oyster bar, the overall consensus is that SILO Alamo Heights remains a fine dining destination worth visiting.
