Hi Panera,
Stopped by for lunch today and had a terrible experience. Could not find want I wanted ordering digitally, saw it available on the menus board. I went to place my order, and was told that sandwich has not been available for months. I asked the employee helping me if there was anything similar the could make. She processed to check her Apple Watch than answer my question. I walked out.
Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and flat bread. We only got our order after asking for a refund. The food was absolutely terrible and sloppy. Great reminder of why I stopped
