“Staff is really nice and pizza was great! They messed up the pizza but remade my order and gave me the one they messed up on for free. What was funny is that they still left the sausage off the remade pizza but I didn’t notice until after eating my second slice and I wasn’t going to bother ? overall great pizza and great service!“

“My second time picking up Pizza and Garlic knots here and they haven’t failed me! Garlic knots are BIG soft and flavorful. The pizza is delicious as well and they don’t go overboard with cheese or sauce. Everything is made fresh from what I can taste. Workers here are very friendly and always wish you a great day. If you want a quick and delicious meal don’t be discouraged. Stop by and see for yourself 😉“

“We order quite a bit from this location and most of the time pizzas are okay. But today our order was amazing!! Pizzas had the perfect amount of toppings, it was thick or like my kids say “fluffy” and delicious. The service was exceptional as well, I asked for plates, crushed pepper and parmesan cheese and besides having everything we needed he was so polite when providing them to me. The whole family enjoyed it and made our night extra special. Keep up the good work!!“

“The food in my experience has been consistently tasty and fairly well made. There was a period where they couldn't seem to keep certain beverages in stock but I believe that was due to some staff changes and issues with supply orders. On the one or two occasions there was some error with the order, they were willing to rectify it“

“It was hard again to find anywhere to park due to construction on all sides of the building. I tried several times with my kids to get there to order. The number you call is an out of country answering service. I could barely understand there English but ok. The got my order wrong. The employee tried his best to correct the problem. Due to traffic, construction, the phone center in India I had the worst experience...again. y'all should post warnings and then post recommendations where to park or to more easily pick up the order. We pay enough with delivery, and have to tip. We went out of our way to pickup. We are on a tight budget. And y'all knew of the construction.

Parking: Watch out for tickets and tow trucks.

And I was surprised what a quick response Jacob gave which is the manger there he was so nice and fixed my issue asap I recommend if any issues reach out he is willing to help I love how he checked cameras and everything like to me that is awesome so people don’t take advantage and actually see what the issue is he even explained after he saw everything which is cool because some people don’t take the time .. “I don’t usually eat at Papa John’s often, but after today’s experience, that’s definitely going to change. I had a special request to make my pregnant fiancée’s day a little brighter, and the team at this location absolutely delivered. The manager, Jason, went above and beyond to help me with a custom order. He was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to make it perfect for her. “Best Service! Best Pizza! We ordered pizza tonight for 8 people late in the evening. The order was delivered faster than quoted. When the delivery driver arrived he was extremely professional and nice. The order was spot on (we ordered like 10 extra dipping sauces and NONE were missing!)“

I ordered Papa John’s and door dash picked it up to deliver to me since there were not enough delivery drivers which is fine. but it was the worse experience ever. They said they “delivered” my order but it was in fact not delivered. I tried to reach out to the driver to let him know the pizza was not delivered to the right place using google translate to let him know in Spanish, but no response. AND had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip before all of this. But I called the location and they quickly remade my order with no hassle. “Me and my family have been coming here for the last 8 years and we've always enjoyed it, yet we've never written a review. Recently we ordered a pizza and when we received it, the order was wrong (at the time, we were unsure if it was our fault or Papa Johns fault). The staff was very polite and understanding and they made us the correct order right a way free of charge. In the end, it ultimately was our fault, however, that simple act and professionalism from the staff gave us the courage to finally write a review as to why we love this place.
