“Staff is really nice and pizza was great! They messed up the pizza but remade my order and gave me the one they messed up on for free. What was funny is that they still left the sausage off the remade pizza but I didn’t notice until after eating my second slice and I wasn’t going to bother ? overall great pizza and great service!“

“I recently visited Papa John’s Pizza to pick up my order, and I wanted to share my experience. Despite a few people in front of me and the phone ringing with orders from Uber drivers, I noticed a young man at the front handling the situation exceptionally well.

He was respectful and communicated professionally with customers, even when addressing complaints about orders. I want to acknowledge his hard work and dedication—he truly held it down under pressure.

“I was upset how my pizza came so I did feedback. And I was surprised what a quick response Jacob gave which is the manger there he was so nice and fixed my issue asap I recommend if any issues reach out he is willing to help I love how he checked cameras and everything like to me that is awesome so people don’t take advantage and actually see what the issue is he even explained after he saw everything which is cool because some people don’t take the time .. “Hey Fam it's been awhile since you're Seductive Lord of Thunder ⚡ dropped in and let you know what I've been doing lately. I love pizza.........all kinds.......doesn't matter what time of day or how often, I can eat it every day..With that being said I haven't had PaPa John's pizza in.....20yrs. I know its been awhile no personal reason just didn't ever cross my mind.......until one late night I stopped by looked at there menu and saw there ultimate pepperoni pizza and there 6 cheese pizza......after salivating at the mouth I ordered it with lite sauce because you know defending Midgard from Trolls and monsters and fire demons I do tend to have a sensitive stomach at times. They even made it well done because I love my pizza just slightly burnt with a crunch to the crust......MMMMMMM ? SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!! I enjoyed both pizzas and then afterwards once I got my fill the family enjoyed the rest. Give this place a try Fam there open everyday and even late on the weekends. Friendly staff very kind and will even bring your pizza out to your vehicle while you wait for it. Take care family I'll drop another line soon!!!!!“

“I waited an hour for my order but it was after 5 on Halloween! I should have known they would be slammed. But I paid for my order and waited patiently. On the plus side, I knew my order was fresh and warm!!
I wanted to give a shout out to the workers as they maintained their composure and kicked butt getting the orders out, even with of the grouchy people. Keep up the good work!!“

“It was hard again to find anywhere to park due to construction on all sides of the building. I tried several times with my kids to get there to order. The number you call is an out of country answering service. I could barely understand there English but ok. The got my order wrong. The employee tried his best to correct the problem. Due to traffic, construction, the phone center in India I had the worst experience...again. y'all should post warnings and then post recommendations where to park or to more easily pick up the order. We pay enough with delivery, and have to tip. We went out of our way to pickup. We are on a tight budget. And y'all knew of the construction.

Parking: Watch out for tickets and tow trucks.

“I really enjoy coming to this location because their pizza is always so hot and so fresh compared to other Papa John’s pizzas. Every time I visit this location I really like that the store manager Crystal is always so nice and helpful in the order process. Everything comes out hot and correct every time. It’s so nice to be able to live by a pizza franchise that takes pride in their food. Will definitely be going back.“

“I looked at the reviews right after I ordered, and I was praying because it's a $100 order. Seeing the reviews was bad. I ordered @ 3:27 PM it arrived @ 3:51 PM it was fast! Less than 30 minutes. “I just want to give a good shout out to the employees that worked today!I ordered a pizza for carry out when I was just down the road. My wife and I got there early and was told that it would be a few minutes. We simply told them to take their time.A few minutes later, this young college girl came in for a big order. It was for some school catering to some young kid’s camp out. Get this, she was there to pick up 80 PIZZAS‼️There was another older gentleman there , and we started to realize what was going on.Never in our lives have we seen that many pizzas in one spot . I mean it was stack after stack after stack! I held the door, but she still had a hard time stuffing that large sedan. I’m gonna only imagine what that drive back was like. Lol!Regardless, we were not there for much more than 20 minutes before they got to our pizza.They were able to accommodate a huge company order and still squeeze us in .Not to mention, the pizza turned out great.“

“Best Service! Best Pizza! We ordered pizza tonight for 8 people late in the evening. The order was delivered faster than quoted. When the delivery driver arrived he was extremely professional and nice. The order was spot on (we ordered like 10 extra dipping sauces and NONE were missing!)“

FIRST TIME SINCE I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS HAS THE DRIVER USED HER COMMON SENSE AND FOUND THE APARTMENT.

I ONLY GAVE A 15% TIP BECAUSE USUALLY I HAVE TO MEET THE DRIVER AT THE FRONT OFFICE TO RETRIEVE MY ORDER, OR THEY DO NOT EVEN DROP IT OFF.

“Pizza was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. Well done but not burnt at all. Gilbert who I believe is a manager was awesome. Very accommodating. Delivered my pizza curbside because he recognized my vehicle from 10 min prior when arrived early.“

“I've ordered from this location many times in 2021 and have yet to receive a late or incorrect order. They are on time and usually in the lower end of the widow, if not early. Their recipe is what is it, so these are the things you are really here to read.“

“There are many 5 star and 1 star reviews so what gives? The pizza and desserts are consistently good but like every other good business they get overwhelmed by too much business all at once. You can't expect a pizza in 30 min on a Friday or Saturday night let's be realistic. Think ahead, call ahead otherwise go with one of the other guys and tip your driver.“

“It had been many years since I had a Papa John's. I had an $8.99 large pepperoni special, with original crust.The in-store service was very good and helpful, volunteering condiments.The pizza itself was a mixed situation; the crust was excellent, however, the sauce was too salty for me (low sodium diet) and had an herbal aftertaste, both of which were not as noticeable the next morning with leftovers for breakfast!“

“Ordered some pizza for Halloween and have to give the employees credit for working so hard. They were slammed with orders so I don't blame them for the little extra wait. They still did a great job making our pizzas and the cashier was attentive to everyone waiting making sure we got out food as soon as it was ready.“
