Unfortunately, staff shortages make this not a fast food location. Staff were friendly and were quick to make the orders and make them correctly, but the line was something that affected the overall location.
4 stars because it's just fast food but this is THE Popeyes to go to in San Antonio. Your going to get delicious hot food here that is oddly better than the other locations around town. Usually, I don't go to Popeyes but this location is my exception to that.

The people are nice and the atmosphere is okay, but if someone places and online order, their's should be ready before any customer in line, because they placed their order first. I should never have to wait after a customer in line to receive my food. I'd defeats the purpose of online orders which is time management.
