EVERYTIME I come here I'm happy with my service. This time it was quite a rush and a handful if difficult customers. The entire crew handled it with grace! It's the best customer service for fast food on WW WHITE. Food is always hot and fresh and the team works like a well oiled machine. I'm thankful for a place to take my daughter where I know we're going to get good food and great service! They definitely deserve applause for how they handled tonight's rush!! ?
Took orders from me for 4 people took tenders out and put on food basket made a sandwich and then put French fries in fryer while chicken sat out getting cold said something about cold chicken and reply was they're only sitting out for 5 minutes so they should be OK all the while the Mgr walked around and then got ice for drinks I love Popeyes but this one in San Antonio on White and Houston is terrible
