Wife and I hadn't gone go a Red Lobster in quite a while. Decided to try the one at the Marbach location. Upon walking in found no-one at the front desk, after a brief time two girls came up and eventually sat us at a booth. Subsequently, we were attended quickly by

Have been going to this particular red lobster for over 20 years and surprise surprise on 4/2/23 I learned the hard way (once I got the bill) that side salads are an up charge $1.99 when I tried talking to the manager Xóchitl Plata she would not remove the up charge despite me telling her that I had been there in February 2023 and no extra $$ for side salads 🥗 there was no reason for me to read menu and when I tried a formal complaint on their website it would not transmite...read full review
