The person that is paid to be there (I assume) is unwell. The experience I had was so wildly outrageous, I am still expecting to learn that it was filmed for an episode of a hidden camera bit.

Do not sign up for this paper!!! I called to cancel a year ago and just realized that my account was charged over a year for a “digital copy.” When I called the customer service representatives were rude and condescending. I was repeatedly told that I authorized the non refundable charge. I never asked for a refund. I’m financially stable. I simply wanted the person held accountable for being untruthful. I was told that I could not speak to a supervisor due to it would be a long hold before telling me the same thing. I persisted that I would hold, and they repeatedly disconnected the call. This place is disgusting.

This store is trying to go Amazon by forcing customers to self checkout. They have no shame in making even elderly travels self checkout! Just put up a vending machine.

Young lady at the cashier is rude and was sitting(!!!?) on the checkout counter, with her back turned towards customers, chatting with the security guy who was also just taking a paycheck at that point. Entirely unhelpful and it feels like you're bothering her when you're asking her to check out. She can't be bothered because there's self checkout (that doesn't work btw). Y'all should consider getting better employees or self checkout machines that actually work.

How many humans does it take to run a self checkout? Asked young lady to cashier me and she moved me over from traditional line to self checkout. Went to two self checkouts and neither could scan my 3 items. She had to come over to help?!?? Wish she had helped the 1st. I don’t need your overpriced airport junk food.

This place has been renovated since the last time we were here but the food is still as wonderful as ever. I had the mole chicken and the mole sauce is made from scratch. It was amazing. The salsa was so delicious that I took an order to go!

The employee on duty at this store the morning of July 8 was incredibly rude to my 9 year old son, who was shopping right beside me. Instead of directing his comments to me as the adult, he chose to speak directly to my child, which was completely inappropriate.

We're so glad we found this place. It was the best food we had in all of San Antonio. The Mole' sauce had such a dimension of flavors it was amazing. The place was packed, which speaks volumes for their reputation.
