This one is hardly ever as busy as the others, so that's a plus.When pulling up to the drive thru at 745pm we were greeted with a message that they were closed, but it was interrupted by an employee willing to take our order.It was late, so I was just getting hot chocolate. It was tasty, but half of it was foam that depleted within a minute of receiving the drink. I came in at 7:15 and it’s been 30+ minutes. The fact that the same person makes drinks inside and does online orders is crazy. This is the worse system for busy days. The barista just told me she doesn’t even see my ticket

Usually this location is very friendly and my drinks are always very delicious. This morning however, I ordered my drinks and the lady was already extremely rude and sounded like she just didn’t want to be there at all. We pulled up to the window and the same lady (shorter hispanic woman wearing a beanie) basically shoved my drinks in my hand and quickly slammed the window shut before i could even ask for a straw.
