I order a cabana bowl every time I’m here. I ask for them to have a couple things left off. They are hardly ever right at the drive through. Today I went inside to ensure my order was correct. The cashier repeated back exactly what I wanted. I got home and neither bowls were right so I had to go back there and ended up eating an hour later than planned. Even the receipt was wrong even though we went through the order a couple times.
Love this place. Customer service is fine and they are very fast to bring out the food everytime. Only complaint is the portion sizes lately have been lacking but I feel like that’s just a side effect of inflation because i’ve been seeing a lot of restaurants decrease the portion.
I used to loooove TC but prices have increased by a lot and food as gone downhill... Also, why no fajitas???
