I've been to many AYCE BBQ restaurants. This one just didn't wow. They did have a nice bar where you can create your own sauce, grab some kimchi, and a few other apps... but nothing really special. The meat wasn't really flavorful nor were there a lot of apps that most BBQ restaurants offer. Price was decent and meat options were plentiful.
Food was very good, but did not see a waitress for 30-40 minutes. Drinks were not refilled until we were done. Server was friendly when we saw her. Lots of options, no complaints there.
Our family had a good experience. Our waiter was very patient and answered all our questions as the menu can be a little intimidating. But as long as you understand the menu after asking your waiter, you’ll be good to go. Everything was clean and organized and the service was very good. They checked on us multiple times. We’ve been to concepts like this before and I think the only reason people bad reviews is because they don’t understand the menu and are not patient. Great...
