“The food is great. I don't want the atmosphere to be someone's decision breaker but it is hot in there. It's an old building and poor insulation. I go to the one in McAllen and it's not an issue. I feel so sad about the heat but people should be warned 😫“

“Happen to see this restaurant while looking for a place to eat with my family. Decided to stop and eat here. Eating at a lot of cafes I just usually expect it to look and be similar on the inside. If you know then you know. This place was definitely not that. Walking in I instantly noticed how clean and how it was decorated. It was a nice modern feel. We was instantly greeted and had a friendly conversation struck up. The owners was super awesome taking good care of the service at our table and being very friendly. We all had Breakfast food and it was great! If you’re looking for a place to eat please give this place a try. Hopefully you will enjoy your visit as much as we did!“

“Just a sign .. went to IHOP this mourning. Noticed the nice smile on.the hostess. She was quick to greet the guests .she would quickly go to the door when she seen a guest that needed help always smiling.sometimes were quick to see the.negative in people Look again and you'll see the good in people. “I went for the Bad Bunny Brunch and everything was amazing the drinks tasted amazing and the brunch items that I was told it was made by Chef’s Joey, Ceci & Karen. Please let them know everything was amazing especially the Tres Lech French Toast. I would come with my family again.“

“It was a great evening. We had never been to Dos Olivos before, but it had always been on our list to try. The vibe is completely different from what you see through the windows—it always looked more like a market than a restaurant from the outside. I happened to see the link on Facebook for the Valentine's Day dinner and decided it was the perfect opportunity to check it out. We had always assumed it was just wine and charcuterie trays, but it turned out to be so much more. We will definitely be going back for another date night or a light dinner.“

“1000% yes! I'm not really a red meat eater but I do eat carne picada/molida. The first time we went to eat I asked if they could make carne picada tacos and cookie said "yes of course". My family and myself have been going ever since! Cookie and her staff are the BEST and their tacos, frijoles and the agua de melon NEVER disappoint! We always feel welcomed like family! Thank you Cookie! ❤️😊“

“I really like the food here. The chicken fried steak is better than all the other nearby places. Their parmesian chicken is also really good. The staff is always really good as well. Almost forgot, the chocolate stampede is a great dessert too.“

“I have loved the Chicken Potpie since coming to Cheddars to eat. I've had at least 6 of them and then the one I had last summer had no chicken in it. I said nothing to anyone, just deciding to not come back for a while. We stopped there with two other couples today and I thought...try it again. Before they used to have lots of white chicken chunks, this one today had very few pieces of chicken. What has happened to it?“

“Although the night is not too busy i do enjoy coming to Applebee’s in Harlingen. The food is great and the service is exceptional. I do appreciate seeing all the hard work these employee’s do. As being in the restaurant undustry myself, i commend seeing the staff here be attentive and friendly. The manager, Jacob, is well driven and hands on. He went above and beyond to help his staff and that’s the kind of leadership every restaurant should have. I look forward to coming again.“

“I highly recommend this place to eat. The brisket is so flavorful and fresh. We order the botana for 2, it could feed 3-4. We had nothing to take in a to go box! The drinks are also good and they have AWESOME sweet tea. I wish I found this place sooner.“

“Had a meeting with some colleagues.. service was amazing! They were prompt and attentive....I always have fries at ihop and they were fresh and perfect:)
Same update and info in 2025, still having meetings here.. the harlingen location is better than Brownsville, the Brownsville spot never smells well & they forgot several people's orders when there were only 3 overall different tables with people, not good“

“Food was decent. I had the hh bowl and my daughter had waffles. The hh bowl was pretty good except for the biscuit which didn't have much flavor but also had a chemical taste to it. My daughter liked her waffles but I found them bland and not crispy but soft and chewy. The service by the manager and staff was impeccable though.“
