Riquísimas las tortas ahogadas 🥰🥰
Guadalajara Express, a cozy restaurant in San Juan, TX, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean, with well-stocked restrooms. The friendly staff provides quick and excellent service, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the popular Tacos Dorado with crispy corn tortillas filled with potato, Carnitas, and Queso Fresco. Guests have praised the authentic and traditional Guadalajara Jalisco flavors, particularly enjoying the tortas ahogadas and the sampler platter, which allows a taste of everything. The food is noted for being fresh and delicious, coming out quickly without sacrificing quality. While the menu is small and pork-heavy, with options like a burger and quesadillas for those who do not eat pork, everything is well prepared. Overall, Guadalajara Express is a hidden gem worth discovering for its delightful flavors and festive atmosphere.
