“The parking lot was packed, and we had just managed to grab a spot right as someone was leaving. We were in the middle of a long drive, and we had mistaken Popeye's pickle menu for Sonic. I had really wanted to try out the pickle slush, and get some other drinks for the road. We had taken a while to order as we were figuring out the different flavors, and the waiter was very kind and understanding. Once we had asked for a pickle slush, he had taken a moment to figure out what we were asking for, and said that he would figure something out for us. We waited a short time before we recieved our drinks, and the waiter came and we exchanged our confusion with each other. The drinks were all excellent, and we realized that the waiter had invented a menu item for us, in the middle a busy evening. It had also happened to be happy hour, and all of our drinks were unexpectedly cheap. The service at this sonic was excellent, and should be recognized as such. On another note, when we selected a tip for our waiter on the ordering monitor, I do not think that the tip went through. I had forgotten to give our server cash when we recieved the drinks due to the confusion. It is also possible that our server was a manager, he seemed very managerial and professional on top of being an excellent server.“

Drive up, choose, and pull into any open space and either verbally order via electronic car-side menu or enter your space number in the app to indicate your arrival. In either case, your order will be brought out to your vehicle by one of the car-hops.“
“The other sonic in town (Guadalupe) decided to close 20 minutes early for no reason and to not do their jobs.
These guys were the complete opposite. GREAT attitudes, GREAT work ethic. Thank you so much, I’ll only use this sonic in town now!!“
