“I had the chorizo bean cheese, carne guisada, chicharon, and bean and cheese tacos. Carne guisada was great, tender and delicious. Chorizo bean and cheese was decent, chorizo is ok, the beans are pretty good. Beans and cheese was good, better than some others I’ve eaten in town. Tortillas are good also, homemade and soft. The salsa is good, tomato jalapeño base, like my grandma made. I’d like to see an agua Fresca or two. Will be returning asap“

The beautiful and courteous woman informed me that it is made from scratch so it would be a while. No problem, as I was waiting I almost ordered a breakfast sandwich for the next day because a gentleman was smacking on a juicy one at a table. Nevertheless, I went outside to talk on the phone and the cook came to apologize about the time (but it had only been 20 minutes). She offered me an absolutely delicious mouth water brisket sandwich with the bread toasted to perfection. It was so good, I almost forgot about the sauce and it was good too! I scarfed it down and had some succulent catfish too…MMMM! The ladies were so professional, friendly, and delightful you need to zip on down to Zippliners!“
