“Someone messed up our order. We were in the drive-thru, and the poor employee at the window was fed up with the wrong orders coming from the kitchen; they were apparently getting yelled at by the customer before us. So, after the previous customer sped off, when our order was wrong, they looked about to have a meltdown. I let them know what was wrong and that if they needed me to pull over in the parking lot, that would be okay. It took them 20 minutes to get our order right. Any excess wrong food or drink we received from Wendy's went to a homeless couple that was hanging out under some shade in the parking lot. The food was great. The chocolate frosty was so good. I tried the caramel frosty, too. It was so yummy. 😋“
