“I must start by saying I normally don't review places, especially fast food chains. This Subway however is by far worthy of it. It's top tier in every category for me and when it's busy the lines are dispatched fast. The bread, meats and cookies are always good. It's an overall great experience“

“My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

“Sometimes not all employees really want to be making sandwiches even though the vegetables are fresh looking and all.If that sandwich you ordered isn't made with at least a little love it will completely fall apart if it ain't cut in half all the way bread tears off wrong making a mess get Xtra napkins with any type of ordered food is what I learned so I do just that .employees are great good job“

Some crazy Karen was screaming about bacon and an online coupon and they remained calm and kind despite the unreasonable Karen being rude to them with a line full of people for the lunch rush. “Located inside Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Cafeteria. Stays open til 10pm most nights when the regular cafeteria hours are only from 11pm-2pm. The food is kept fresher than the other subways I've been too and the employees are nice.“

“This subway is hands down best in area and open 24hrs...super awesome .. I've tried 2 others one close by and pass them both to go to this location ..so yeah best around... they only ones that can make bad ass salad i know that sounds simple but it's not so simple to the other locations at all“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. She was very rude when I arrived at the window and proceeded to cuss and tell me to leave she also shot me and my family the middle finger from inside the store. She needs to be fired. “Hello everyone I ordered thru Door Dash for a Giant big kahuna cheesesteak sub from Jersey Mike's on Eldorado Blvd and door Dash picked my order up to deliver to my job at FedEx Ground across from Ellington field airport. Door Dash arrives in good time and canceled my order and drove off. I called Jersey Mike's up and Drake the manager answered and told me he will make another sub for me and deliver it personally in 10 minutes. He made my day and my stomach really thanks him for going above and beyond.

“So I've been getting Steak Cheese footlons since 2018-currently. Not one time have any other store location. Warmed my steak and bacon up in a brown container. Then put the meat on my bread and toasted lighty as I requested. Point is I was unaware and no other location made me aware that I had that option until today. The ladies were great, friendly, and really cared about getting my sandwich PERFECT!!!“

“Everything was decent. I ordered ahead and unfortunately they didn't utilize the pick up shelves so I was waiting for the employees to finish a large order before getting my food. This would have been an issue had I been in a hurry. The pretzel was over cooked, otherwise everything was fine.“
