“Make sure you come prepared to get your citation from the Clear Lake Shores Police Department. They give out a huge number of tickets on the streets around and in front of this business. This business is located in a high-intensity policing area. Don't let losing a few hundred dollars discourage you, though. When they pull you over after your meal and cite you, tip your hat to them. Protect and serve, right? The sandwich is worth it. You won't get out of your ticket. The municipal court will see to it you pay ever penny. The police like to hang out in the local business parking lots around here behind corners and bushes to cite customers and anyone unfortunate enough to visit a bar or get a meal. Please don't linger in this area. If you do so long enough, you'll have a bad experience with local police. I'm sorry you have to encounter them as a tourist on vacation. I hope you enjoy your visit and your ticket as much as we did.“

“My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

“By FAR THE BEST SUBWAY Steve or Steven was amazing , he demonstrates he likes his job or at least makes it appears from the outside, I ordered online and he went above and beyond , he did everything exactly i wish I had left a tip but I didnt based on the last experience from another subway but will order again and make up for this time, but being pregnant i crave subway, heated twice and he did incredible AMAZING thank you Steve

“Hello everyone I ordered thru Door Dash for a Giant big kahuna cheesesteak sub from Jersey Mike's on Eldorado Blvd and door Dash picked my order up to deliver to my job at FedEx Ground across from Ellington field airport. Door Dash arrives in good time and canceled my order and drove off. I called Jersey Mike's up and Drake the manager answered and told me he will make another sub for me and deliver it personally in 10 minutes. He made my day and my stomach really thanks him for going above and beyond.

“I enjoy the super convenience of Subway.
Its menu isn't over whelmed. The provided selection of toppings is a super plus and takes the employee no time at all to create the Hero. All are a very reasonable cost. Fresh and delicious.“

“The young guy that works at night does a great job but the lady that works overnight seems to have trouble reading the receipts for online orders. I had to ask her to put extra meat on my sandwiches because I paid for it. Also it said extra on the toppings and it’s like she barely put any. I didn’t want to bother her about it because she had other customers waiting and seemed in a rush. The experience isn’t bad but maybe she needs help on the night shift.“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. She was very rude when I arrived at the window and proceeded to cuss and tell me to leave she also shot me and my family the middle finger from inside the store. She needs to be fired. “When I walked in I noticed the line of people. Then, I noticed the customer ordering was on the phone asking someone how they wanted their sandwich, ordering 3 or 4 total. David was working and handling it like a champ for being solo. Shortly after another employee showed up and together they knocked the line down quickly. Had it not been for the customer on the phone, there wouldn't have been much of a line.“

“So I've been getting Steak Cheese footlons since 2018-currently. Not one time have any other store location. Warmed my steak and bacon up in a brown container. Then put the meat on my bread and toasted lighty as I requested. Point is I was unaware and no other location made me aware that I had that option until today. “Located inside Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Cafeteria. Stays open til 10pm most nights when the regular cafeteria hours are only from 11pm-2pm. The food is kept fresher than the other subways I've been too and the employees are nice.“
