“We had such a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional customer service from Heavenly (I believe that was her name) at the front register. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She even took the time to write sweet, encouraging messages on our to-go bags, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made our family’s day this afternoon.

Our food came out quickly and was fresh. The only downside was that the drink machines were down, but we were still able to get drinks from the TA next door, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

What stood out the most was how genuinely kind Heavenly was. My children even commented on how nice she was, and that says a lot. Employees like her make a simple meal feel like a special experience. Thank you, Heavenly, for making our visit so memorable!“
