“We ordered through UberEats and were very pleased with our food. We ordered (2) 2 meat plates. The pulled pork and Broccoli rice casserole were AMAZING! The turkey and brisket were really good also. I tried the collard greens, but they had a little too much vinegar in them for my liking. My husband had the baked beans, and he enjoyed them. We'll definitely be patronizing this restaurant again in the very near future!“
“Dined in tonight at Craft Grill, had the pleasure of having Paige as our server. She greeted my table with a smile and was extremely friendly. Paige recommended a few items to us. Her recommendations did not disappoint. The chicken fried steak is hands down the BEST chicken fried steak I’ve ever had. It’s not chewy or tough. The breading is actually seasoned. It doesn’t fall off the steak like most places. The gravy that comes with the CFS is 100% homemade. You can tell the love they put into it. She also recommended the Gouda grits as my additional side and there just isn't enough good things to say about them. I had not one single complaint. Paige really took care of us, will definitely be back. If you have the opportunity to sit in her section, give her recommendations a listen!“
“Visited today late afternoon and had s wonderful meal. Food was delicious. Me notoriously adding salt/pepper/sauces to my liking to food when not seasoned enough and not having to do that here completely surprised me. The gumbo, chicken Piccata, blackened flounder, parmesan crusted flounder and drinks were great!“
“First time dining at the Republic Grill for dinner. We had a very enjoyable evening. The appetizers and entrees were done really well. Our server Thomas took the time to walk up through the fan favorites and gave us excellent service! Will be back soon.“
“Delicious food and great service. Tons of gluten free options and everyone was happy with their meals! And a delicious gf strawberry shortcake. Can’t wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: Tons of gluten free options clearly labeled on menu. And we have a peanut allergy in the family which was not an issue.Kid-friendliness: Wiki sticks for the kids were a great surprise. And happy to see a steak on the kids menu. The live music was also enjoyed by all!“
“Love this place! The food is so good! I always try to get a different type of chicken salad each time I go, and I have enjoyed all of them. The food is very tasty and it is fast to get to you. Plus, they have little ready to go dishes that I take home and have for lunch throughout the week. Very convenient. Plus, it is such a quaint restraint.Yes, the food is great, the service is just as good. Every time I go there, the staff is always so kind and happy to help out with anything. They even help you decided which type of sandwich to get based on my mood (that might just be me and my many questions).Lastly, the food is great, and for the price, you get a good amount of food. Since we have moved to the area, this is one of our favorite places. Great food, amazing staff, and reasonably priced.“
“The good was good. The customer service was awesome! Thats one thing I love about any establishment is the customer service. The guy with the tattoos with the low hair cut was so customer service oriented. The tall guy with his hair in a pony tail was amazing. This was the best customer service I've had in a long time. The food came out fast. I will come back.“
“Sean was awesome! Every time I come here the service is great. Walked in not knowing exactly what I needed for a small party I was hosting and Sean went above and beyond. He took the time to let me sample a few of the chicken salads and sides to be able to place my catering order.“
“Lee was a great server. Her recommendations were spot on. Drink refills were frequent. The manager stopped by to check on us.Both folks in my party order a Benedict on a biscuit. One was sausage, gravy, and a poached egg. The other was pulled pork and pimento cheese. While the toppings were amazing, the biscuits were overcooked. Biscuits should be soft and fluffy. These were hard and chalky. It was more than a crunch to get my teeth in it.A+ for everything except the biscuit.“
“I pass by this place often. I always wanted to try and I wasn't disappointed. The catfish and my sides (dirty rice and green beens) was hot, fresh and good. I will be back for those onion rings. They make their own special sauce. Yummy ?“
“My husband & I have been going here for yrs as it’s one of our favorites. The Catfish Mardi Gras is out of this world! Other favorites are crawfish boil, shrimp, crab, crab cakes are packed w crab, Cajun bread pudding to die for, breakfast until 2 is also fantastic. It’s a crazy busy place & servers try to keep up as best as possible so give em a little break and patience. We have our favorites like Robbie the mgr, Ruth server. Their jobs are tough and they have turnover due to the pace being fast and hard but trust me the wait is worth it. I hold my husband I wish they’d take out all the tables during crawfish season & put in picnic tables end to end and shared space on them. I think it would make for a fun way to dine within our community and people would visit more. And put chairs n tables on sidewalks and expand patio. He’ll, expand the entire restaurant please! But most of ALL I SO wish they could handle doing Uber Eats!! Oh and best and I mean best authentic Dirty rice and PoBoy bread is also deliciously authentic!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids and families presentWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to pull up a wheelchair“
“Honestly? The best lunch experience I've had! I was looking for something healthy to eat while also hearty and the Sassy Scottie Croissant sandwich was so delicious! Ordering was super easy and I was so surprised that the meal came with a mini frosted sugar cookie! Service was top notch and I loved how quaint and cute the atmosphere of the restaurant felt. Would definitely go back!“
“This place is a really relaxing and nice place to sit down and enjoy. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive to everything and everyone. I highly recommend this place! The mushroom burger was very interesting but super juicy and cooked well. ?“

“Excellent 5⭐️The food temperature was just right. The presentation and packaging of food was awesome.I got the 2 meat plate: ribs falling off the bone, sausage, Mac n cheese, beans was delicious.I got the 2 meat bake potatoe: just deliciousI got the boudin: smoked just perfectI always appreciate the awesome customer service and food thank so very much“
“Chopped Brisket, smoked sausage, potato salad, pinto beans, loaf bread, onion, pickle sweet tea. The pinto beans had large chunks of smoked meat , potato salad with onions and a hint of mustard like I make at home, you can taste the smoke in the Brisket, the onion and pickle slices are a nice addition.Well worth the money and a welcome stop on my travels.“
“My family and I checked out Granny Dee’s Kitchen, a cool black-owned spot we wanted to support. The elderly man who greeted us was so friendly, and we didn't mind waiting for him to take our orders. We ended up spending over $100 for four of us, which wasn't bad. I liked how they have different stuff on different days, so we went for Friday's menu. The meats were cooked well and tasted great, but the black-eyed peas needed more seasoning and cooking time. I loved the collard greens, but Mom found them too bitter. The mac & cheese was awesome, and the pound cake was moist and yummy, especially when heated up. But the sweet tea wasn't our thing—it tasted kind of fake. Overall, Granny Dee’s Kitchen was a nice spot for lunch. Everyone's got their own taste, so you gotta try it yourself. We'd totally go back to try more stuff.“
“We had a wonderful time dining here for happy hour! The drinks and food were fantastic. Our servers were all great as well. The only bump was the hostess; when I requested a table along the wall rather than the middle, she scoffed at me! It was odd since the table was just next to the original spot, the same size, and the restaurant was basically empty! After that, we had a lovely experience. The manager also stopped by to check on us after our food was delivered, I always appreciate that!Parking: The parking garage is about 2 blocks away, behind Whole Foods, with plenty of free parking.“
“We love this place! It’s easy to order their delicious, fresh food and comes out fast. The service is great as well. The drink station is awesome with so many self serving selections. Get in there, try the pork chops, try the chicken tenders and jalapeno cream gravy, heck try it all!Kid-friendliness: Free ice cream!!“
